Decent hotel

It was a decent hotel. Very close to the tunnel which was nice also within walking distance of downtown. I went with some friends and we went just to go to the bars and ceasers. The shuttle that ran around was also really nice, it was free and could pretty much take you anywhere downtown so we didn't have to walk alot downtown at night. Nothing super special but defiantly one of the cheapest you're going to get that close to downtown. Planning on staying there again the next time I am in Windsor.

We stayed over for a Hockey Game in Detroit. The staff were couteous and helpful. They had good knowledge of the area. The room itself was clean and adequate, nothing fancy. Value for the price.

We've stayed here before and know that it's an older hotel, but for the price, it was a good deal. Location is great! The bed looked like some kind of "flop house" furniture - bedspread didn't cover box spring, 3 white pillows just tossed toward headboard - nothing homey or comfy looking about the bed. Room didn't get cleaned one day even though we DID remove the "do not disturb" sign when we left the room around 11:30am. Housekeeping never checked back even after they left a message on our phone because we didn't answer (maybe because we had vacated the room!) The next day I did alert the staff that we were leaving for the afternoon, the "do not disturb" sign was off the door and would appreciate our room being cleaned. Front desk staff got a little snippy with me. Room did get cleaned though. I don't like paying for parking, especially since it's a first come/first served basis and the slots are narrow, but apparently that's because Windsor owns all lots/ramps.

Close to bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. If you are looking for luxury you should look elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

I like the hotel, but the location is not very good, because is far from downtown. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. Just the breakfast is not good, also has no variety, and nobody explains how things work.

Expection: When there are 2 guests there should be 2-coffee packs, 2 cups, 2 cream- 2 sugar -2 no sugar sweetners 2 tea bags.
Night 1- One coffee no cream
Night 2- No replenishments at all
As a security depeosit they ran my AMX for authorization of $50. At check out they did not want to return or destroy that authorization??? Made no sense to me why they would want to keep it. I wrote void and had a copy made. Reception seemed put off but its not her credit card...

Room was large enough for two people. Carpet needed to be cleaned. It was pretty dirty. Bathroom fan very noisey. Good location.

ATTENDED NEARBY AIRSHOW. ROOM WAS MUSTY SMELLING AND THE TOILET FLUSH LEVER WAS BROKEN. EXPERIENCED LOUD NOISES AT NIGHT FROM WHAT SOUNDED LIKE CHILDREN PLAYING TAG IN ROOM ABOVE MINE. ROOM DID NOT FEEL "COMFY". PROBABLY WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. THOUGHT WITH THE "RAMAMDA" NAME, THE HOTEL WOULD BE BETTER. STAFF WAS GREAT HOWEVER!!

Well Worth the Price

Went to festival down town along the river. Met friends traveled by train, 15 mins to train station. Close to many places to eat Applbee's next door. Clean comfortable room. Looks like new renovation was done.
