Location convenient for the Shaw Festival plays (a 3/4 mile walk or a short drive), comfortable if somewhat small rooms, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We plan to return her on our next visit.

The staff were fantastic and the room beautiful! The location of the hotel, right in the heart of the area was perfect for strolling around both to sightsee and to also try out the restaurants and bars at night.

Right in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. With the US Dollar's decrease in value, the hotel is very pricey, but everything about it was top notch.

Description
The Pillar and Post renowned for its country charm is intimately connected to Niagara-on-the-Lakes agricultural history. The original structure was built in the late 1890s as a canning factory and since has been lovingly transformed into a fine hotel. You can still see its original purpose in the clean lines of the brick walls and in the post-and-beam construction.
Dont be fooled by the buildings humble past though. Today the Pillar and Post was voted the best hotel in Ontario and happens to be Ontarios only five-star country inn. Its not difficult to see why.
The hotel has a relaxed elegance sunshine streaming in through skylights and beautiful terra cotta tile floors. With our attentive service and commitment to the comfort of our guests its an ideal location for a family vacation or business meeting.

We were there for our 20th anniversary. We got the traditional room and they bumped us up to deluxe. THey went out of their way to make our stay great.

They have a wonderful outdoor mineral jacuzzi. The food at the restaurant was great. The waitstaff was knowledgeable & friendly. Fine selection of food. The pools were clean & they offered water exercise classes. The fitness center was clean and state of the art equipment. Full sauna services avaialable. The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to make sure all of your needs were met. Grounds and garden was well kept. Long stem rose on bed each evening as well as music being played for turn down service. This was my first experience here and I would return again.

Our experience at the Queens Landing was absolutely incredible. My wife and I booked a fabulous room with a fireplace and jetted tub for the Presidents Day long weekend, and had a wonderful stay. The staff and the service at the Queens Landing was second to none, and the ability to use the amenities (spa, pools, natural hot springs, saunas) at the other Vintage Inn's (Pillar and Post, Price of Wales) was amazing. We would certainly go back!

We were graciously greeted upon arrival. Our room exceeded our expectations: in cleanliness, spaciousness, a perfect view of the harbor. The patio was an idylic setting for relaxation and meals, and the cuisine was quite delicious; albeit a litte pricey. Ambiance was elegant and the quiet surroundings were perfect for our getaway.

Our Victorian home is located on a Winery, just 15 minutes from Niagara Falls and or historic old town Niagara-on-the-Lake. The house is full of original stained glass windows and antiques, enjoy your first cup of coffee on the private porch or in our sitting room. During the renovations we tried to maintain the character from the age yet add modern conveniences. Our goal is to provide you a relaxing and casual stay. Our bedrooms are designed in elegant colours and offer new pillow top mattress and luxurious 400 count sheets. Breakfast includes fresh homemade bread with jams, followed by in season fruit and then a choice of hot meanu.The house has wireless internet for our guests, as well as access to a computer and printer.Two of the rooms are ensuties with modern washrooms and walkin showers the third room can be a 2 bedroom ensuite for families.
