The hotel location, decor, continental breakfast was ok. I'm a picky eater so I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. I had no problem with the staff. They were friendly. There were plenty of food places near by of different sorts. The hotel is located more in a commercial area, I didn't see any residential homes. It is located in an older area but it seems to be safe. You also have easy access to the airport.

good hotel - pricey breakfast buffet

Room was very clean and came with a microwave and a refrigerator. Hotel has a small pool and fitness center but was very well maintained. Staff was very courteous. Free parking and great location - right off Hurontario street and a km from 401 exit.
The check-in lady informed that the breakfast buffet was 12.95 but kids under 12 can eat free. Found out when we went there and sat for the breakfast that kids are not free and that we were misinformed. That was the only blemish of the stay.
Would definitely recommend the hotel but will advise either to get your own breakfast or eat out (plenty of eating places nearby).

Staff was very polite and accomodating. Hotel location is ideal and near the highway. If you are renting a car for travel- you are better off getting a hotel in toronto or a surronding area. Thus- you pay less or nothing for parking. $15 a day for parking is crazyyy!
Hotel is primarily for buisness travelers or a very short stay.
I wouldnt go back unless someone else is paying for the room. I'm sure I could get more bang for my buck else-where and be closer to the action- wo/ paying for parking.

Death by a Thousand Cuts

This new hotel is not well run. Elevator did not work the first night. High-speed internet did not work all 3 days, complained to staff but this was never fixed, luckily I was able to connect to the neighboring hotel's internet! Breakfast was horrible, at least one item was always out and the eggs seemed like they had a great deal of water mixed into them, like water was squirting out of them as you bit down. My coffee maker did not work. The ironing board was not new, had lumps in it. There was garbage at the curb on the back exit, the glass tables in the lobby looked like they were wiped with a filthy rag. Did not get a wake-up call one morning. I did not get my paper one day. I usually have good luck with Holiday Inn Express, I'll never stay at this one again! I have no confidence in the management there to be able to turn around so much.

Very impressed with the customer service. This booking site did not fax in my reservation so the clerk spent a good half hour with them on the phone to sort the whole thing out. The room was very clean and nice enough, it's not luxurious but a great stay for the price. Would go back.

The hotel was very clean and inviting. There was a bar downstairs so it was great being able to get a drink upon our late arrival. They also had a restaurant where you could get breakfast which was nice. My husband liked being able to workout in the morning. It was easy to get to downtown Toronto from the hotel. Only about 25 minutes away. A great stay! We will stay there again for sure.

The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport is a solid pick for a business hotel. It is comfortable, clean and has good amenities. The staff has been great during each of my stays, helping me find both the gym and a doctor when I got an ear infection. The hotel food is good. Prices are reasonable, although the breakfast is a little expensive.

It is a good hotel. Only I did not know was too far from downtown so I have to take a car to see the main places at Toronto.
Also one person at front desk (lady), the night before to depart, told me they have a shuttle that goes every ten minutes to the Airport. It leaves hotel every half hour, so I lost my plane and had to take another one of course expending more money and I was lucky I found another one coming the same day to Florida.

Hotel was recently renovated. Room was very clean and well appointed. Not as much effort was put into bathroom appointments (but still clean).
Towels were good.
Staff very friendly.
Hotel was on an inconvenient road where there is a divider in the street so if you are approaching from the highway from the airport you need to pass hotel about 3/4 mile and make a u-turn to pull into driveway.
Fitness room had very good equipment.
Overall, this is a great place to stay.

조용하고 아늑한 품위있는 호텔이었습니다. 그러나 토론토 다운타운하고는 너무 멀리 떨어져 있어서 다운타운에 일이 있는 분은 아마도 차비가 많이 들것 같습니다. 아! 버스를 이용하면 그것도 괜찮을 듯싶은데, 처음 토론토 가는 분은 버스노선을 잘 몰라서 힘들거 같아요. 하지만 노선을 잘 보시는 분들은 저렴한 가격으로 분위기 좋은 이 호텔을 선택하시는 것도 좋을 듯 싶어요

I liked the suite, the room was clean in general. The hotel has access from two different points which make it easy to come in and go out, the business center was not bad with free printing and internet access even though I did not use that much since I already have my laptop which I used with thier free WiFi, I like the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet in some days.
The pool and fitness are not that big which normal for such hotel size.
I hate that the A/C can not go higher that 76F which was kinda littel cold for infant.
In general this hotel was realy good for the value.

Overall I thought the hotel was sufficient for its price. I really liked the ergonomic chair and the well-lit room. They provided just enough toiletries. However, I expected more amenities to be available like a refrigerator, and a data port. Also, it would nice if the heater wasn't so loud too.

We even encountered busloads of other guests, and were not bothered with any outside nuisance events. the breakfast was very tasty, even though many people crowded into the lobby versus having the offerings in the laurier room and spill to lobby.

Though not in downtown Toronto,still very accessible to downtown. Frequent airport express shuttles to Kipling subway. Outdoor pool - a bit disappointed as I went in winter. Staff overall okay.

Love the location and the hotel room is great. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here when we visit Toronto. Only challenge is that my GPS doesn't recognize the address.
