The hotel is in a very convenient location - within walking distance of numerous restaurants and parks.
The hotel staff is curteous and attentive. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good. The rooms are nice, but not exceptional. It seems like it could maybe use a little bit of an update.
Free wi-fi is a big plus.
I would stay there again the next time I am passing through London.

Not the worst place I've stayed at while in London, but nowhere near the best either. Rooms were cleaned decent enough, and I didn't see any bed bugs which are a huge problem in other London hotels right now.

We stayed there for one night while visiting London Children's hospital. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. It was a no frills hotel but it was also pretty cheap price wise. No complaints. I wouldn't pay extra for the breakfast...Not so good!

We got in late ,around midnight and we were well received by the staff. Everything very good. One note for improvement is the breakfast, eggs and sausage were overcooked and dry. The breakfast service was fast and courteous.

I was in town on business, the location was good as I was able to find any type of food within walking distance. The bar/restaurant next door has great food at very reasonable prices. I got a great steak cooked just the way I like it, with frys & garlic bread for $10.00. The staff at the hotel was friendly, the room was clean & quite. I will stay there the next time I am in London, Ont.

I went to see my daughter as she was giving birth. I just wanted an inexpencive room. I actually only spent 2 hrs sleeping there as baby came early. They did offer continental breakfast 7-10. As I was in the hospitlal with my daughter, I missed breakfast, and came back to the Inn at almost 11 am. I just thought I'd ask if they had anything left for breakfast, and the owner was so nice and took out everything that they had. Not a fancy place, but clean and good for the price.

This is the closest hotel to sprawling London Health Sciences Centre (hospital). Stayed there a week last year when hubby was ill. Stayed there last night to get to my early morning surgery. There is a discount for hospital-related stays.
The rooms are clean, the beds super comfortable, there is wired internet access in every room. The continental breakfast includes cereals, oatmeal, toast, muffins, fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs, regular and decaf coffee, and regular and herbal teas.
Besides being close to the hospital, it is close to downtown, the 401, and has regular bus service running past the door.
I would totally recommend this hotel.

Decent, rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. The bathrooms were old and needed some serious updating, shower was kind of gross. Sleep Number bed was fun to try out! We also stayed at the Sheraton Four Points which was right down the road from Radisson....if I could do it all over, I'd rather stay at the Sheraton again.

The hotel exterior seems run-down and the commom areas are mediocre and unpromising. On the other hand, my room was large, comfortable, clean and first-rate.
This very nice room with plush beds and pillows included Wi-Fi and a refrigerator. I was also quite happy with breakfast at the Timbers restaurant next door - I wish I had had a chance for lunch or dinner there with the coupons provided upon check-in.
inally, London Ontario has a surprisingly lively nightlife north of downtown, especially on Mitchell road. This was an ideal place to stay inexpensively while attending the Stratford Shakespeare festival 45-moinutes away.

Traveled to London for my daughter's wedding and stayed at the Delta Armouries for four nights. Rather than talk about the hotel itself - which was very good, I would like to compliment the staff - all of them were exceptional. We arrived late in the evening and needed to change rooms to accommodate my brother's limited mobility, this was done pleasantly and correctly by the front desk. The bar staff, the restaurant staff, the concierge, housekeeping, everyone was friendly, accommodating, efficient, tolerant of our demands and bad jokes. A most enjoyable experience, well done staff of the Armouries

The location of the hotel is excellent - tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance from the StationPark hotel - the location is called Richmond Row and it is a great downtown urban area. The hotel room itself provides a tiny suite, complete with living area, kitchenette, bathroom, setting area and bedroom. Pretty neat - my only concern was that, at times, and it was often enough for me to mention, their wifi was not too stable - there were 3 times (I was in and out of the hotel daily) in three days that I needed to access my work computer and simply couldn't. If they were to fix that problem, my review would have been 5 stars.

I've stayed here 3 times now, which must say something. Good large suite room in addition to the bedroom. High quality reliable internet service. Walking distance to everything you need in London. Also close enough to UWO that you can walk, although its a bit on the long side. All of the rooms are consistent. If there's one downside, its that the lobby is somewhat bland looking.

The staff at Hotel Metro is very friendly and helpful. I love the simplicity of the place, it was very sophisticated. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was especially spacious and the shower was heavenly. The hotel metro only has 20 rooms, this allows them to take care of their customers on an individual basis. The location is central to all the interesting restaurants and parks in downtown London. Especially nice is the Covenant market right across the street. The only downer was that the rooms with 2 beds only have a window to the atrium, I like fresh air, but this may be a plus for some people.

Check-in staff unfriendly and not informative; however check-out staff very friendly. Hotel was acceptable for one night but disturbing with noise and smoke on non-smoking floors. Sheer curtains on windows would allow guests to have natural light in their room while maintaining their privacy.

Front desk staff were great, location is good and the price was right... Seems to be a high traffic place to stay, lots of out of town workers. Unfortunately I received a room which was not very clean at all.

It was only a one night ( over night) stay -
The staff was very helpful , the breakfast was quick , well prepared and inexpensive .
The room was clean , the walk-in shower did its job very well
the little touches( shampoo , makeup remover , skin softener) wer much appreciated

Pool and fitness facilities were a 5 min drive--not in the hotel. Kids were playing hockey in the hall. It was very noisy through the night. Someone had a haircut in the hall, and there was hair on the floor and windowsill. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Heard good reviews about this hotel, and was pleased that the reviews were accurate. Hotel was new and very clean and quiet. Location was close to the highway. Only complaint would be the room service meals which were pricey but just average.

Unbelieveably weel thought out facility. Great breakfast, free dinner four days of the week, quiet, restful, and I can't say enough. We felt we were at a time share. Dishes, not paper plates in the cupboard! All was well planned which allowed us to enjoy our planned time in London. Five Stars

Good hotel, with nice whirlpool tub and kitchenette in executive suite. Couch not comfortable however. Basic amenities provided. Staff lacked courtesy and overall seemed unimpressed.
Housekeeping staff needed to be notified to clean room as required.
Public use hottub, although we saw someone putting chemicals in it, always looked yellow/green. :S

We had 3 adults in the room & had to keep reminding housekeeping to leave 3 sets of towels. Hair dryer in bathroom broke. Jacuzzi broke. Continental breakfast poor selection - no hot tea, food was stale. Personnel were kind & gracious. Carpets were filthy.
