Description
We are conveniently located close to the airport with easy access to 2 major highways and only a couple of kilometers from the Greater Moncton Intl Airport. An 80ft waterslide w/hot tub allow for great family fun. Close to many local attractions such as Crystal Palace, Magic Mountain, Fishermans Paradise, Coras, Champlain Mall and Parlee Beach to name a few. Our many amenities include free continental breakfast, free parking, and internet. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and much more. Spacious meeting facilities with copy, fax, and catering services. Coin operated laundry services on site as well as a fitness center.

Needs upgrade

I chose this location for its proximity to my meeting. In the room, you will find the bare minimal in amenities. Airplanes flying over the hotel were annoying. The room needs upgrade, especially the carpet. But what stood out for me (unfortunately) was the unfriendly attitude of the front desk clerk working the evening shift. There are better options in that region.

Very Comfortable

The Ramada Crystal Palace Hotel staff were very friendly, even though our plane was very late in arrival. They were fast and very thoughtful. We had room service on one night and it was delivered promply, with no complications. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a room facing the pool area, there was some noice from children playing very early in the morning. So if you like to sleep in don't get a room facing the pool. All and all, it was a nice place to stay.
