arrived to find we were on the second floor, with no elevator! Then entered our room to discover the bed was stripped and hadn't been remade. At least we were given another room. Pretty basic fare with perhaps the smallest tv in any hotel we've stayed at. Breakfast was also basic...several other traveller's commented they had experienced better stays in Comfort Inns elsewhere.

We stayed at the Royal Inn for one night so we could take our three grandchildren on the waterslides. Our room; a suite with two queen size beds; was roomy and perfect. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were fantastic. This was our second stay there and it will not be our last. I only wish that they had a gym as well.

I had a very enjoyable 6 day stay at the hotel. Myself and my pet were treated very kindly. Great location and super convenient. The only thing I was missing was maybe a microwave. I will stay again.

After a day of cycling in Spruce Woods Prov Park,was wonderful to come to the Victoria Inn and be able to relax and feel right at home in the room. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. I was surprised to receive a message asking if everything was alright about the room. I felt they really cared about their guests' comfort. I will definitely stay here again next trip to Brandon!

Good place for a family stay.

The hotel desk staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean. Restaurant was closed 10 minutes before closing time and was pretty steep in price. We ended up having to go to the lounge but the pop from the fountain was terrible and the staff couldn't seem to figure out what the problem was. They tried to be accomadating though. The food was good. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and had to wait about ten minutes to get our bill and another ten minutes for the cashier to come to take our payment. Lucky we had left ourselves some time and weren't in a rush to get to the event we had come to Brandon to attend.

The only problems we experienced were the overhead light needed to be on for the TV to work from the switched outlet it was pluged into. The staff was very helpful in getting some documents printed,but
did not seem to understand the 1A and 1 road differences. If we had followed their directions we would have added 30 K to our trip.

We've stayed at this hotel before, and always found the staff to be so friendly, and helpful. We also used the Events Room, and again found staff to be so good in helping us with anything we needed.
