A friendly motel in the heart

A friendly motel in the heart of Williams Lake. Ideal for families / singles. Denny's cafe / restaurant (within the motel building) has good meals at reasonable prices and friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.

terrible experience

We booked our hotel online-prepaid. We had receipt that said prepaid, hotel had receipt that said prepaid. The staff didn't know what to do with an internet reservation. She called manager. Manager didn't know what to do with an internet reservation. They insisted we had to pay again, and then we could try to get reimbursed later. I refused-finally after 30 minutes - the staff person gave up and gave us our room. The whole experience left me frustrated, so I tried to get online to contact Orbitz. Couldn't get an internet connection, even though they advertise it.

No pets As of January 1, 2008 property is 100 Percent smoke free.
