Hotel was fantastic, just one small complaint, there was no refrigerator in room. As I was travelling with medication that had to be kept cool, this was a bit of a problem.

I stayed in this hotel while I travled from Banff to Vancouver with my family. The room is very spacious and my mom loves the stay and kept on saying how nice the room is. The place is quiet eventhough it is next to the highway. It made all best stay for the last day of our vacation.

The staff were most helpful when we requested extra pillows, locked ourselves out of the room, and needed to leave our car in the parking lot after check-out, as we were in a meeting. We will definitely be back next Vernon meeting. Wi-Fi worked without a hitch, very useful.
