The Hotel shows it's age. The room was a good size and it was quiet. The location suited out purpose very well. It is located right downtown Quesnel. The pool and jacuzzi was very dirty. I would not go in it. During AM cleanup the staff threw the dirty linens down the stairwell and let them pile up on the floor beside the stairs. Tacky! No stopper in the sink. Had to use the shower cap as a stopper. When we arrived the room was VERT hot. The A/C was off. Took a long time to cool it off. The deck off the room was large but very ugly with peeling paint on the whole thing. As well the building had wooden siding with badly peeling paint.

Guest of this Magnuson Hotels affiliate will enjoy continental breakfast each morning and many more amenities. The pool and spa are currently under renovations.

Basic overnight stay

Furnishings were very old and dated, the room was cramped and bedding left alot to be deisired. We ran out to a local wal-mart and picked up sheets and a comforter! bathroom was clean. There was a discarded appliance right outside which did not give a very good 'First Impression' Personally would spend the extra to get better comfort etc. Will not stay there again. Office area was dusty and overall cluttered and dirty looking, did not stay for the complimentary breakfast.

Best bed of the trip!

This Super 8 had the best most firm bed of our trip through Washington and B.C. The tub didn't drain, but the mgr said he would have that taken care of. Breakfast was very good.
