This hotel is located along the major highway passing through Kelowna, Harvey Highway. The hotel is nice, and clean especially their staff are all very accommodating and friendly, willing to go extra mile in providing information on all our inquiries. The room is clean and big with a separate small living area where there is another LCD TV aside from another one within the bedroom. There is one thing that is lacking is that they do not have their own dining facility, although a restaurant is adjacent to its main lobby. I would be glad to stay there again if in case Kelowna will be visited in the future.

Hotel was not great and not bad, just OK. It was for an overnight stay with an early flight the next day. Half of the room had been remodeled and was nice and then it seems as if they just stopped. Would have given one more star if they had finished the room update. Hotel is close to airport and was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

Non Smoking rooms

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel however they did tell us that it was a non-smoking hotel and the room that we were given someone had definitely been smoking in. They did offer to trade rooms however we were settled in and decided to stay. We had a bit of a problem with one of the young men looking after the pool and slide. He closed it early because he said our grandchild was not following the rules. He did however make it his mission to watch the boys VERY carefully, going up and down the stairs as they rode the slide to make sure the did exactly as he said. I was there supervising them all the time. The previous day a woman was in charge and let the boys have fun as long as they were safe.

The price was great the room clean and the bathroom was new.The only complaint would be that we made our reservations a couple months in advance for a 5 night stay,and we were on the front side facing Highway 97. Having the window open when you are watching TV or sleeping is out of the question.
