We often stay here when in town. We own a condo here that we rent out, so we need to check on it. We would like to move to the Comox valley and so we check out the real estate.

For my purpose this was a good location, within 5 minutes of the Comox Exhibition Equestrian Center. Lots of inexpensive dining options. Clean rooms, safe.

Set amidst the Courtney River and lush gardens the hotel is centrally located to shopping dining recreational activities Mount Washington and the Comox International airport. Guest amenities include the historic Old House Restaurant a heated outdoor pool hot tub gym and full-service OH Spa. Deluxe Studios feature kitchenettes and either a king or two double beds. One Bedroom Suites feature a king bed queen sofa pull-out in the living room and full gourmet kitchens. Two Bedroom Suites feature a king bed in each room and a double pull out sofa in the living room. Our 900 sq ft Penthouse has a balcony overlooking the garden a full kitchen and a lofted master suite with king bed Jacuzzi and fireplace.
