The hotel was well located near the freeway which provided easy access. It was an average hotel with lots of restaurants nearby. What made this different from other hotels, was the very friendly superb staff.

Room was pleasant, but nothing out of the ordinary. I reserved a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. We were too exhausted from activities earlier in the day to go back and request a different room. There were several flies and gnats in the room as well, very annoying.

i was promised a handicapped rm, phoned to make sure of ths but there was not a hand rm when we got there. i realized that we were in a family reunion & you only had so many pof these rms, and quite frankly wld rather have had those services go to some of my aunts who i felt, wld need it more. you came through & got a special shower chair for me. enjoyed the hot breakfast. staff were helpful & cordial

The hotel was a peaceful place at all times, and it made our trip much easier to be able to go back at any time during the day, have a rest, then go out again. It was ideally located for our trip. The staff was allways friendly and our rooms were kept very clean.

We needed a place to stay to pick up our grandson. This was quick easy access from the freeway, close to the border and very nice, clean and friendly. It was a great quick stay. And it was close to Starbucks which is always a plus for us.

Good option if suite style room is all your looking for

Nice rooms with full kitchen, but few other hotel amenities. No lounge and the only restaurant is the attached Denny's. Excercise room was weak. Hotel staff is friendly and accomodating, if you can find them. Front desk was frequently unmanned.

Nice, quiet, and CLEAN in a convenient location. Breakfast in the morning, and if you don't want to eat there a Tim Horton's is just out the front door.
