I was disappointed with this room based on we could have stayed for two nights in Niagra Falls with the rate we were charged for this hotel. We go to check in at 4:40 pm the room was not ready till around 6:00pm, so we had to cart the kids and our stuff back to our truck and find something to do. We go back the room was ready and pulling back the blankets in the sofa bed was much to my chagrin a very long black hair. Also, they were having problems with internet connections, my husband was on hold for 30 minutes with their provider (which I don't think he should have done) did everything they said, turns out it was the hotel. It never did work. We have our own company and rely on hotel to have wireless service when we decide to go away. The housekeeper came and didn't say one word, (obviously didn't like her job) and fixed the bed up properly. I don't think it was ever vacuumed underneath the sofa. The pool and the atrium were the best part of the stay. I don't think we will be staying there again.

the staff here were so amazing.... I had issues with my booking and they fixed it straght away... Breakfast was great withwaffles cereal fruit and yoghurt. Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was its a bit if a hike into town if u dont have a car.... But its not not doable.... I did it a few times and it is a nice walk. If you have a car its perfect.... Overall totally enjoyed my stay and id recommend it to my family and friends.

The hotel needs updating.
They also need to find a designated area for smokers instead of having them all stand at the front door and making you walk around them.

Very nice staff and room was good. Electronic Key did not work in elevator which was frustrating. Bar service a little slow but very nice staff there. I would certainly stay again

We Feature Fridges And Microwaves In Most Rooms.
Complimentary Continental Breakfast is served daily from 6 am to 9 am for our hotel guests. Free onsite parking available.
Adjacent to Henderson Arena and Stadium, 2 km from Chinook Regional Hospital and easy access to all downtown businesses.

For the price, hard to beat

I stayed strictly for business. I used the hotel for sleep and cleaning only. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and my room was always cleaned and stocked when I arrived at the end of the day. It is quite dated, and you can't get to the basic continental breakfast without walking outside. Saying this, the hotel was very very reasonable priced. I stayed here for 5 nights for the price that I could of stayed somewhere fancier for 2 nights. If frills are important, this isn't the place.

The America (Canadian) Best Value Inn was a decent place. The room had everything you need it. The bathroom needed some renovations, but for a two star hotel, it's not that terrible. Pool was clean and ready for use and the staff was very helpful and nice. For a short term pass through, it wasn't that bad.

On the highway great location to find easily. Clean room and lobby. Had a free computer online which I used and they have a hot tub and breakfast was good. It would be hard to find a less expensive equal to this.

Excellent Hotel

We had a friend's wedding there in early of July. We had arrived at the hotel 2 AM due to the late flight. We were exhausted because of long flight and drive, but when we entered the room, we were totally amazed about spacious and well organized room with top quality furniture. We slept there like our home and rest is the history.
