The only thing that I was unsatisfied with was that the bed could use an upgrade. Was not all that comfortable. Otherwise the room was great. I hand a kitchenette, with fullsize fridge,stove, microwave and toaster. A good range of pots and dishes as well.

although I arrived afer midnight the desk clerk was efficient, cheerful and helpful. I have stayed at thishotel before; the friendliness of the staff, the airport shuttle, the continental breakfast that is included and the location of the motel is the reason I return. Negatives: there is no electrical outlet near the table/desk so you cannot plug in your computer; the bottom of the bath is slippery!; the fitness facility is small and not open 24/7.

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. The room was quite nice, everything seemed clean and fresh, and the staff was very friendly and efficient (even if english wasn't their first language).
Only strike against the room in my opinion is the general smell of the hotel. It didn't smell bad, it just didn't smell good, either.

The hotel was a lot nicer from similar hotels in the Edmonton airport area at the same price point. The lobby and dining options available within the hotel are a definite plus. I will stay there again next time I am in Edmonton!
