Gave me smoking room instead of a non-smoking. Insisted that reservation did not specify non-smoking, even though it clearly did. When I asked to be moved staff was unwilling. Staff was generally disinterested and not helpful.

Super 8 Motel in Grande Prairie was in every way comparable to other motels I've stayed in. Good price, great service, good location, and nothing to complain about.

Recently built, this hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with all of the modern conveniences. Located in the heart of downtown Grande Prairie, it is close to all facilities and amenities. Also on-site, the hotel provides a 24 hour Denny's Restaurant and Hammerhead Bar and Grill. Close to all government buildings, hospital and the Crystal Convention Centre.

This hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, and the Customer Service from [...] was excellent. There is an interior hallway to a restaurant, lounge/bar and convenience store, and they have a gas station next to the restaurant, so I found it very convenient for me as a business traveller. Especially since I went in winter and appreciated being able to drive as little as possible on the snowy roads.

Description
We are a 152 room hotel with banquet and meeting facilities. We pride ourselves on being a long term extended stay hotel with all the amenities that are needed for a comfortable stay. This includes free hot breakfast free wifi fully equipped fitness centre pool with waterslide and hot tub and laundry services. We are a pet friendly hotel and have free parking.

the hotel was clean and the service was pretty good. The pool seems to have very high content of chlorine which made your skin pretty red and itchy
