Gave me smoking room instead of a non-smoking. Insisted that reservation did not specify non-smoking, even though it clearly did. When I asked to be moved staff was unwilling. Staff was generally disinterested and not helpful.

Super 8 Motel in Grande Prairie was in every way comparable to other motels I've stayed in. Good price, great service, good location, and nothing to complain about.

The Ramada Inn and Suites Clairmont/Grande Prairie is conveniently located at the junction of Highway 2 and Highway 43. The hotel is located near Grande Prairie Museum, restaurants and all services. Pipestone Creek nearby has received international attention due to the discovery of the worlds largest pachyrhinosaurus, thick nosed horned dinosaur, remains.
The Ramada Inn and Suites rooms offer complimentary high speed internet, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. This hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, and the Customer Service from [...] was excellent. There is an interior hallway to a restaurant, lounge/bar and convenience store, and they have a gas station next to the restaurant, so I found it very convenient for me as a business traveller. Especially since I went in winter and appreciated being able to drive as little as possible on the snowy roads.
