Angra dos Reis, considered an ecological and cultural paradise, is the Baia region of Ilha Grande, also known as the Costa Verde, which has a coastline indented with bays and 365 islands. The hotel is located 7 km from the city centre, 150 km from Rio de Janeiro. APARTMENTS : There are in total 319 rooms and suites, all with a veranda view of the sea, swimming pool or the Atlantic Forest. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have air conditioning with individual control, cable TV, two telephone lines, reading tables, internet connection, closet, minibar and digital safe. They also have ample bathrooms, with separate bath and shower facilities, a large mirror and hairdryer. Some rooms are adjoining, also rooms adapted for those with physical disabilities are available. 24-hour room service. FACILITIES : The Eco Resort of Angra possesses an efficient system for dealing with guests with the highest expectations. Bilingual reception staff, baggage clerk and hall porter, 24 hour room service, baby care service, nurse, baby-sitter, Nautical lobby, spa, beauty salon, shops, transport, boat trips, eco-tourism and scuba-diving are all available. LEISURE ACTIVITIES : Leisure activities linked to the sea and nature are the great attractions of the Resort. Every day there is a diverse leisure programme including gym lessons, walks, competitions, sporting events and gymkhanas. Open Air Leisure Area The Resort has tennis courts, an artificial surface sports area, volleyball and football on the sand; a 1150m2 swimming pool with olympic lanes and diving platform; an outside running track, and 720m long walking paths and ecological trails in the grounds of the hotel set in the Atlantic Forest. Fitness Centre : : A complete gymnastics academy offering a variety of lessons and modern exercise equipment. Also has a sauna and Turkish bath (separate facilities for men and women), showers and dressing rooms. Extra Activities : These are organised by the Nautical Center companies and are not included in the daily timetable. Water ski lessons, fishing, kayaking, water biking, wakeboards, banana boats, river- boat fishing and motor-boat rental are all available. SATSANGA SPA : Five rooms for a diverse range of therapeutic treatments for your well-being. Massage, shiatsu, tropical shower and Ofuro bath (medicated purification bath), are some of the services available. CONVENTION CENTRE : The Convention Center has a capacity for 1900 people, on two floors, with a private entrance. And in addition there is the Seafood Kitchen with a rustic ambience beside the sea for 220 people. Total capacity of 1900 people in 11 multifunctional rooms, spread on two floors; Brisa Space and Cetauros Space with headroom of 6m with exclusive entrance; Reception rooms, VIP room and cloakroom; Business Center; Reserved area for group check-in; Nautical check-in service; Exclusive menu for events; Large foyer of 800m2.
