Do Not Stay at Best Western Pier Vitoria

From the original price booked for 1 night.. they charge me 1 and 1/2 night for 11 hours stay in...The front desk is unable to understand my request since the beggining .. they use to call ...daily use.. even explaining 3 times she charge me 1 1/2 night.. Manager has mentioned he was able to cancel the bill and charge the correct price but after a week without any contact .. I called him.. and for my surprise...he mentioned he was unable to correct the problem... Do not stay at this Hotel ...keep away from this kind of problems in your trip

Reasonable, clean and friendly accommodation

I stayed at the Ibis Praia do Canto for 5 days. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. I didn't have a problem communicating in English with most of the front desk staff. The rooms, while on the small side, were ample. I had a full-size bed and enough space to hang up my clothes. There was a small desk/table and small bench to put my luggage on. The room had a flat screen television with a few channels with American programs dubbed in Portuguese so I was able to watch them. The hotel is in a great area with tons of bars and restaurants, all walkable. It is a upper class area that is perfectly safe and close to the beach and other walkable areas. The hotel was a good deal for the money and great for a short stay. The only thing missing was a pool.
