Description
Buganvillas is about five minutes away from downtown Santa Cruz. Five minutes away from Equipetrol a great place to stop/ grab a drink and party the night away. Seven minutes away from our Boulevard on Monsenor Rivero s avenue a popular night spot close to coffee shops and restaurants considered an excellent place to spend an evening on the city. Twenty minutes away from Viru Viru international airport.

Nice comfortable hotel with suite style room. Very spacious. Accomodating. Outdoor dining by the pool was memorable. Gorgeous landscaping.

The suite I reserved [...] was $90 and included a living room and small kitchenette, a very generous bedroom, and a very adequate bathroom. The front desk people, accounting, and bell boys were VERY well trained and not just nice because of orders. The dining room was reasonably priced, the pool clean, and the air-conditioned business office with 3 computers and excellent connections was used at least twice a day with excellent computers and connections. The location is excellent, on the very street of many good restaurants and only $1.50 from nearly any business appointment I had. From the airport it was $7 (a very long ride!)and to was $9 because of airport taxes, again very reasonable. I used only Yotau taxis, all very clean and guest friendly.In general, as you can see, I was very satisfied. If we have to mention negatives it would be the obvious age of the furniture and TV, although just fine since my trip was a business trip and did not stay in the room a lot and watch TV a lot, only news in the morning and evening (CNN and Fox in both English and Spanish). I did not use the unisex exercise room so cannot comment nor the pool. The pool is clean and well kept as the dining room and suite looks over it and it is a very attractive amentiy. A slight negative is that the wireless is not available in rooms, only in the lobby, pool area, and dining room.I will go there again in 2011 on my yearly visit.
