I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff gave excellent instructions on how to get from the Vienna Airport to the hotel. After arriving at the designated train stop, I walked to the hotel in about 5 minutes.
The Center of town was also an easy walk of ~25 minutes, or public transportation will get you there in ~10 minutes.
The room was very comfortable, and the staff were generally quite helpful.

This hotel was excellent in just about every way. The staff had a little trouble with English at times but overall went the extra mile to make us happy. Recommendations for shows, trips and restaurants were good. Vienna is such a great city that we wish we stayed a day or 2 longer, Getting around at first seems difficult but after one or 2 trips on the trolley/bus/tram it is an easy city to navigate.

vor unserer Abreise nach Wien war ich Dank der schlechten Bewertung des Hotels versucht noch etwas anderes zu buchen. Zum Glück haben wir das nicht getan! Schönes Hotel, nette Angestellte, super Frühstücksbuffet wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Super Lage !!!!

I stayed at this hotel with my family. Initially we were put in a room with a view of another building's wall, but when we asked for a room with a better view, they gave us the room with the best view of Stadpark. The minibar was free (juices, water, beer, tea, coffee) and refilled everyday. We were a 10 minute walk from the major shopping area, close to the metro station, and just a couple of stops from the Museums Quarter and other major tourist sites. Highly recommended!

Easily accessible to the U-bahn station. Beautiful room, very large with 3 full size comfortable beds. We traveled with our two children, 15 and 7 and had plenty of room to stretch out. The buffet breakfast was a little pricy but no worse than any other place you might eat in Vienna and the food was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is all aparthotels and part of a chain in Europe. I actually didn't know this when I booked but was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen with pots, pans,, etc. It was ideal because there was a market near by and I could buy stuff for the refrigerator and to heat stuff up. ! The hotel is close to the UBahn (subway) and trams. The staff speaks English and was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The down side is they don't service the room daily if you stay more than 4 days. It is not luxury but very clean and comfortable

The rooms, reception, location and food was excellent. The reception staff were particularly helpful and made our stay that much better with their helpful advice and suggestions Views and dinner in the dining room were exquisite. BUT. Why can't they learn to make hot coffee for breakfast? We returned ours twice because it was cold but it was never any better. What a shame! Please get this right when we come again - which we WILL do.

You couldn't find a better location in VIenna. The Museum Quarter is a block or two to the left of the hotel entrance, and the Belvedere area a 10 or 15 minute or so walk to the right. A subway stop is a block a way, and it's easy to get to the airport bus from there. The State Opera House is a block up the street, and you can walk to the old downtown from there in 10 minutes or so. The Albertina is only a block away.
My room was extremely comfortable: the bed very relaxing, an upholstered chair for the desk, and another one to lounge in, as well as a divan, plus a moveable table, and a huge window which looked out over a plaza. The room has coffee service. The generous bathroom is separated from the bed area with green-tinted translucent glass and has an eclectic design - a glass basin, a large shower stall with no door and lots of nozzles, plus a huge claw-foot tub. A gorgeous etched-glass back-lighted headboard is behind the bed.
I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful with directions and advice.

I really loved the location, very close to the City center and to a park (Augarten) for activities. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet delicious (and to my happy surprise, included in the room price). My room was tiny and reminiscent of a youth furniture catalog ... worst, though, was the smell of old/cold smoke in my room and even on the sheets. At the end of the day, I thought it was good value.

The hotel was fine, and that about sums it up. The room was clean, though the bed was a bit saggy, and it was tiny. The location was good but not stellar. The staff was helpful, but not particularly friendly. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. I was permitted to iron my own suit in a utility room, but it took some discussion. It was, in short, ordinary. You should be absolutely fine here, but it's not worth going out of your way for it.

We stayed there for 3 nights while spending 2 weeks in Central Europe. The rooms were a good size and very clean and modern. The location is pretty good, just a few min walk from the subway and trams. It's about a 10-15 min walk from the old city where all the touristy stuff is.

A great deal for a Thanksgiving weekend

The location is simply great: It's within a few minutes' walk from Karlsplatz and Kettenbruckengasse U-Bahn (subway) stations. What's more important, it is located in the city center, so all places of interest are within close reach. The farthest of them, the Schonbrunn Palace, was just 5 subway stations (or 15 minutes) away. The room was very clean, and all services were prompt. The bar was working fairly late. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

My [...]booking was NOT for a triple, but hotel upgraded to great suite with two rooms to accomodate us and our 13 year old daughter. She was thrilled with having her own space for a while!General Manager joined us on outside terrace and made site seeing recommendations and restaurant recommendations for us. Hotel is in good location, you can walk to downtown, but it is long walk. I would recommend using metro which is 3 blocks about 10 min walk.Cons: No laundry facilities.

I went to Vienna for a vacation and to purchase equipment I needed for my business. The staff did everything possible to find the store I needed, to hiring a taxi and even storing the large items in a secure room downstairs. I noticed they helped everyone asking for assistance. A couple, not staying at the hotel needed to find a house and they gave them a map and showed them how to get there. I was so impressed with this hotel that I will only stay there when I return.

At the end of the 18th century the house was known under the name "Einkehrgasthof zum Goldenen Jägerhorn" (The golden hunter's horn Inn). Franz Grillparzer was known to spend a lot of time there. 部屋が４階（日本では５階に相当）だったので、階段での昇降がたいへんだった。
シャワーのみでバスタブはなし。
場所は観光やショッピングには最適。シュテファン寺院まで徒歩１分、ショッピングエリアの中にある。
旅行会社のツアーを好む人には勧めませんが、自分で計画を立てられる人にはお勧め。

シュテファン寺院、地下鉄の駅、スーパー迄徒歩１分という立地の素晴らしさは勿論のこと、清掃やフロントの対応も大変適切でした。朝食もこの価格と立地条件を考えれば、充分満足できました。非常に快適なホテルです。周囲にはレストランとカフェもたくさんあり、高級から庶民的な所まで色々でした。観光にも殆ど徒歩で行けますし、著名な箇所ではシェンブル宮殿が地下鉄またはトラムを利用しなければダメな位、便利なホテルです。バスタブのあるお部屋が余りないそうで、シャワーだけで気にならない方であれば、ここでの宿泊に苦情や文句が出ることはまずないと思います。

部屋はとても綺麗で、部屋の窓からベルヴェデーレの綺麗な庭園が見えて、朝から散歩している人がいるのを見たり、のんびりと部屋で過ごせて居心地が良かったです。また機会があれば是非、宿泊したいです。

We spent our time in Vienna sight seeing.
Got great information from the staff at the hotel who were very helpful and pleasant.
We tried the breakfast buffet one day and though 16 euros is steep the breakfast was worth every penny and more...outstanding.
