Description
The property is located just opposite the Olympia World, next to the Tivoli Stadium and within 25 minutes walking distance to Bergisel. It is easily and quickly reachable from the airport, the train station and the city center with its many famous sights. It is also very well connected to the highways A12 and the A13. This hotel is one of the tallest buildings in Innsbruck with 12 floors and 159 modern rooms, all of them equipped with free wireless internet.
A selected and comprehensive breakfast is served complimentary in our breakfast restaurant on the 11th floor overlooking Innsbruck and its surroundings. On the same floor you can find a big terrace from where you have breathtaking views over the Tyrolean mountains and the Bergisel jump. The ground floor accommodates both, a welcoming lounge and a modern and spacious bar that offers refreshing drinks as well as a small menu throughout the day. Children age 0-12 stay free. Fee of 35.00 euro per night for children ages 13-17.

PL 03/08 This is a traditional stone building which blends in with the surrounding buildings of the Old Town. The hotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, just behind the famous Golden Roof. One side of the hotel overlooks the river and mountains and the other side overlooks the Old Town.

Excellent location- with great views of the Alps and the Inn river. Right in the city centre and within walking distance of most sight seeing places of Innsbruck- easy access to public transport with buses and trams stopping right next to the hotel. The downside is, if you leave the windows open, there is quite a bit of noise in the night, with the traffic and drunk people shouting, and on closing windows, it was unbearably warm and stuffy. The staff- I wouldn't call them as very friendly, but they did their job. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again, as I had no major complaints

This hotel has a great location (very close to train station), and the hotel physical infrastructure is great. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, many of the amenities are sub-par. The internet is non-functional in the rooms. The sauna is open for very short hours, and the breakfast is only average. Given the price and image, I can only rate the value of this hotel as average for the price. But the hotel location is very convenient. if you want to use it as a base for regional travel or the ski-bus. Only 10 minute walk to center of town.

Very nice hotel. Exceptionally convenient location within easy walking distance (through parking garage) to the train station. Also close to downtown. Friendly staff. Only complaint was that the WiFi only worked a short while. Asked for help to get connected again and they denied there was any problem. We were able to connect next night in another hotel on our trip, so problem was not our own laptops.

This hotel is full of character and has an excellent location for the main sites of the city. PL 03/09 The building is historic and was built in the 15th century. The entrance overlooks the pedestrian area and shops close by. This hotel is situated in the heart of the city centre, just next to the Golden Roof in the pedestrian area of the city. There is no access directly to the hotel via car due to this although the car can be parked close by during your stay.

In Innsbruck you cannot find an hotel in a better location and closer to more local attractions. It is a charming historical building that was visited also by Wolfang Amadeus Mozart. If you like modern building it's not for you, but if you like old style intriguing buildings this is the best place you can stay in. Breakfast is very good and waiters are very kind and helpful. Definitively a great place in a wonderful city!

Chic, modern hotel just across the street from the Nordkettenbahnen station and just a few blocks from the old historic section of Innsbruck, making it the perfect downtown location. Frühstück super, nur man sollte dem Bäcker wechseln, Brötchen, vor allen Dingen Körnebrötchen aus Luft,bzw. Hefe, kein Graubrotteig, wie es sein sollte!

Hotel Leipziger Hof is a charming family owned/run hotel close to the Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof and adjacent to a tram stop. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and if your German is nicht so gut, don't despair, they speak perfect English. The room offered all of the basic amenities and was comfortable. This would be a great hotel for those expecting old world charm.

I know it's silly, but the breakfast was amazing and had a ton to choose from. There was a complimentary coffee and hot chocolate bar 24/7 which was clutch when getting back from the slopes. The rooms were too hot due to automatic heaters, but there was a huge window in the room. The free public transportation for people in snow gear made it really easy to get to where we wanted to board and there were plenty of places to choose from! There was wifi and beautiful views of the Alps. It was right next to a park with a little skate rink in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to the center of town. The city was kind of small and didn't have any night life, but we went for the snow anyway! Oh, and it was really easy to get in and out of town by train.

Set in this magnificently beautiful town, the hotel is convenient by short taxi ride to both train station and airport. The room overlooked the flowing river and old town on a quiet street. The room was a fine size and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was quite noisy. We stayed there for two nights. Both nights, a minimum two large tour groups were there with us. The hotel is located very close to a shopping mall and about 2km from the historic center. Few restaurants are nearby.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Altstadt von Innsbruck in der Fußgängerzone und nur wenige Schritte vom "Goldenen Dacherl" und der Residenz entfernt. Wir waren zu viert und hatten 2 Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer reserviert. Die Bäder und das Mobiliar sind schon ziemlich alt und die Möbel verkratzt und nicht mehr schön. Die Bäder waren ok, der Duschkopf hatte braune Beläge. Der Teppichboden in den Zimmern war sehr abgenutzt und sah schmutzig aus. Da möchte man nicht barfuss laufen. Das Frühstück war lieblos (Kaffee lauwarm, kein Ei, in der Obstschale lagen verfaulte Äpfel).

Overall, the hotel was very good. The only big thing is that they don't have air conditioned and if you open the window, which don't have a a mosquito screen, you will not sleep and will end with a lot of mosquitos bites in your body, so be AWARE of this. Location was excellent and the public parking is just below the hotel (underground) cheaper than the hotel and very modern looking.

The hotel is located near the restored area which is excellent for tourists. The rooms were excellent but the staff was unfriendly and unwilling to assist in simple matters like how to use the phone system. An emergency message was received hours after it was emailed to the hotel, and then only at checkout! The hotel did not answer the phone before 7 am. Only ablut 12 parking spaces were reserved for hotel guests, and none were available for me. The street in front of the hotel is permanently closed to vehicle traffic and instructions were not provided when reservations were made on how to handle the parking problem. I would chose another hotel next time.

The hotel enjoys a quiet location. PL 03/09 The hotel is a modern style building with typical Tyrolean features. The hotel is located in a quiet road and is only 15 minutes walking distance from the central railway station and the historical old town of Innsbruck.

Description
This is a good 4 star property, only 4 km away from the centre which offers a magnificent view of the Innsbruck mountain range. Free parking is also available for cars and coaches just outside the hotel. PL 03/09 The building is a mixture of modern and traditional styles. The hotel is located opposite the airport (800 m) and is surrounded by fields and mountains. There is a sports centre across the road and tennis courts next to the hotel. The town centre is 5 minutes by car or a 30 minute walk and there is also a good bus service outside the hotel running every 15 mns.

Located not far from the airport

Located not far from the airport I was expecting to be disturbed by air-traffic - that was not the case. It was well isolated from external noise. The internal accoustics transmitted noise more than I like.
My room was quite spacious had been recently rennovated in contemporary style with wooden floors. The bed was more comfortable than what you get in most European hotels. I missed not having an in room safe.
Food was good and service efficient.
Getting to the hotel by car is simple and convenient. There is ample car parking oposite the hotel.
I would stay there again.

Schlecht geschlafen weil das Wasser im Heizkörper die ganze Nacht geplätschert hat. Aber
das Frühstücksangebot verdient 5-Sterne. Gratulation.

Description
A really nice little hotel, great for the traveller wanting to stay in a family run more "homely" style of hotel rather than an average chain hotel property. The location while not central is actually not too far out, and it's very quite. Highly recommended. PL 03/09 This is a traditional building. In a residential part of Innsbruck 20 minutes walk to the centre.

Enjoyed the Schwarzer Adler

Had a great stay at the Schwarzer Adler; nice, friendly staff, convenient location for sightseeing, dinning and enjoying Innsbruck. Room was a good size, very clean, and well-furnished. Although we did not try the restaraunt, did very much enjoy the hotel bar for a quiet drink after a day of sightseeing.
