Great location on Chapel St and

Great location on Chapel St and close to sporting arenas. We upgraded to an executive one bedroom apartment, very roomy. Will definately stay here again when visiting Melbourne.

Description
Located in Park Lane- in the heart of elegant South Yarra situated adjacent to beautiful Fawkner Park- our townhouses are approximately 13 squares in size- making them ideal for the relocating family- longer stay guests or for those needing extra space. Each apartment has its own street level entrance as well as direct access from the underground car park- which adds to guests comfort and security. The lounge area at the lower level leads up to the kitchen/dining room with exit to the patio area. The kitchens are particularly well equipped. We believe that the range of equipments eases frustration and makes it possible to prepare meals of the same quality as would be prepared at home. The bedrooms and laundry are on the top floor- with both an en-suite and second bathroom. Balconies lead off each bedroom. We also have 4 three level- church apartments adjacent to the townhouses. The church apartments have 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms one with large spa- a downstairs powder room- generous living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Whilst the church apartments have modern decor- they do retain some of the old church character. Quest South Yarra Mews is just a short tram ride to Melbournes CBD and a short walk to the St Kilda Roads business precinct. With the restaurants and shopping areas of fashionable Chapel St- Toorak Rd and the Prahran Market an easy 10 minute walk away- Quest South Yarra Mews is the ideal home away from home for the relocating family- business or leisure traveller. The outside and inside floors

The outside and inside floors were unclean. The bathroom had mould. The hot water service particularly in the showers was dangerous, it went hot and cold and there was no control. The cooling system was on a timer so cut out during the night when it was 33 degrees. The reception was unfriendly, we could not open the roll-a-door for the carpark and when we asked for help the assistant was very unfriendly. We also organised a late check out but the arrangement was not passed on to the reception and on the morning of checkout we were told that we didnt have a late checkout. Overall, the apartment served it's purpose but i would not stay there again.
