We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They upgraded us to a harbor view without our asking. Our fourth floor room had an excellent view of Darling Harbor and was right over the Sydney Aquarium. The National Maritime Museum was right across the harbor and accessible by footbridge. Food was expensive in Australia.

Excellent location, very convenient to trains, city centre, shops, restaraunts and cafes. Great sized room (1 bedroom deluxe apartment), spacey and comfortable with handy facilities in the room.
Upon arrival, I was informed by reception that there was no record of my booking on the system albeit that I had confirmations and vouchers. However, the manager came out and arranged rooms with minimum fuss. No problems after this.

- Jan 28, 2011
We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which consisted of a two bedroom apartment which meant that we could walk to the supermarket and buy breakfast items and have it back at the unit. It was fantastic - only negatives was slow lifts and way too many people in the pool area - the pool is fairly small for the amount of guests. We had a fantastic time though and would certainly stay there again

We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment
-
Anonymous
- Jul 7, 2011
We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment on 7 floor for two nights. The hotel location is convenient, the 2 BR apartment though are smaller than I thought as I stayed 3 nights at a 1 bedroom apartment in this hotel last July and really enjoyed the big bed, and nice kitchen. therefore decided to come back this time with family.
The two bedroom apartment we stayed this time is quite small and noisy at night due to the traffic downstairs. The view is nice though, we enjoyed sitting there watching out via the belcony window.
Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, and quite responsive in terms of the service. check in and check out didn't take long, so I am happy with it and will come back in the future as well as recommend this hotel to others.

The Lounge chair in our appartment
-
Maurice
- May 18, 2010
The Lounge chair in our appartment was worn out (actually it was broken) and needs immediate replacement.
We had to ask for kitchen cleaning materials as none were available in the appartment.
The general cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.

Kchen-Utensilien waren allesamt

Kchen-Utensilien waren allesamt unsauber, stickige Luft, Ausstattung teilweise kaputt oder nicht vorhanden (Dusch-Kabinentr, Fn, etc). Lage ist sehr gut, Personal war freundlich. Die Gerumigkeit hat einiges ausgeglichen. Fr zwei Nchte ausreichend. Haben aber lieber auerhalb gegessen, statt die Kche zu benutzen.
