Great treatment at every point of contact within the hotel. Breakfast staff exceptional on Sunday morning.
The lifts we a bit slow due to maintenance on one.

Mantra Parramatta is located in the heart of Parramatta's business district and is just a short stroll from the railway station and Westfield Shopping Town. The hotel is also close to the Parramatta Park on the banks of the river, Rosehill Gardens Races, Homebush Stadium and many other attractions that are found in the surrounding area.
Rooms
This property offers a total of 228 suites, choose from modern studio suites with kitchenettes facilities or fully equipped one bedroom suites with separate living area to make your vacation an excellent one.
Restaurant
Guests can dine at the in-house Ivory Restaurant that serves a wide variety of delicious cuisine. You can also enjoy a good time with friends or simply relax over a drink at the Tantra Bar.

The room service menu will operate as usual.

The hotel was in a good location at Parramatta. While the hotel presented welll from the outside and in the public areas the room that I had was only average for the price I paid. I think the hotel requires refurbishment or downgrade the rating from 4 star to 3 star.

Its not called the Marriott any more it is called Clarington or something.
Its outdated, pillows need updating as well. Had six of our guest with us, in 3 other rooms they said was uncomfortable night.
We have never had to leave a $150.00 deposit at any hotel we have stayed at all over the world. Breakfast was lovely & staff was very helpful..
