Ok but Needs Help
Rooms were nice, service friendly, food fine. Three major problems: (1) on checkout both times, the hotel tried to stiff me for much higher rates than [...] had booked, and indeed, hotel seemed unaware of [...] rates. At the first checkout, I spent some thirty minutes arguing with the clerk in order to get the [...] rate, and at the second checkout, a week later, it took an hour. (2) There were a few dead roaches in the room the first check-in. (3) The internet access was down during our second stay, and did not get repaired.
