Do not go! Trust me on this plz. I stayed for 3 days and was about to go crazy. I'm so happy i didn't stay longer. The only nice party of the room was the bed area. The rest was old as dirt. A lady said she worked there for 41 yrs and everything in there looked as if it had been there that long. Molds, mildew, rust, and ants everywhere. The shower is so small u can barley clean urself properly. I didn't want to touch a thing. You also have to walk down a road to ur room. There are only 2 restaurants. The food us really good though. All inclusive people don't waste ur time paying for that. They monitor it and won't give u all that you want. And the beach was dirty. Just avoid this place. I want my money back!

Anniversary trip

Staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful and welcoming. The rooms are not great and need to be updated desperately. The amenities at the resort are great and you will never run out of things to do. Iggies Bar is great and not bad on price but DO NOT waste your money on the Wednesday night Carnival buffet. You can attend the Carnival for free and eat at the Lobster Grille for a lot less money. Overall very happy with our vacation...just update the rooms and it would be perfect!

Spring trip

The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help. Sail trips were fantastic and the crew was very outgoing and helpful in offering tips about neat spots on the island. This is not your fancy place but one where you will be treated well and have fun.

good, basic low-cost resort

While the ocean view is lovely - the hotel is near a major road and traffic noise was annoying. Clean and comfortable, - but the hotel would benefit from wifi in rooms (only available at the pool area). Our room was not ready on our arrival ( we arrived at check in time) so we had to wait to unpack and relax. Hotel dinner menu was excellent. Overall reasonable value or money but would probably not stay there again.

A great way to experience the USVI's

The hotel is family owned and is really a great place to stay. They are family friendly, the food is fantastic and you are right on the water. Red-hook Ferry to St. John is a 5 min taxi ride and it's a 20 min taxi ride to Charlotte Amalie for shopping and site seeing. If it is your first time to St Thomas, Bolongo Bay's all inclusive package is a great way to go!

There are a ton of Jewelry shops in the down town area. Princess World Jewelers treated us very fairly and their prices were excellent. No haggling needed as they were upfront with their best prices for duty free items.

Loved room on beach.

Nice, large room with great balcony on water. Somewhat dated, but comfortable. Lobster Grill food fair, but Iggies Restaurant great. Rocky beach so not easy wading or swimming. Staff excellent.

Really Fun Stay

The room opens right onto the beach. They cleaned it every day and got rid of the sand on the floor. There are a nice amount of things to do on the beach without even leaving the hotel.

Weekend with grandchildren

Sat-Tue with 3 and 6 year old all-inclusive stay. We did not leave property and spent the day between numerous beach water activities and swimming in the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Snorkeling opportunity for 6 year old was terrific in sheltered cove.
