Great Vacation
The Marriott Frenchman's Reef resort is a great place to relax, lay by the pool and play in the ocean. Our hotel room overlooked the water, a perfect setting for sunrises and sunsets. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile

Anniversary Weekend
This was our second vacation to your hotel. Once again our experience was fantastic. Views are awesome. Rooms are great. The drinks were cold and the food was hot. We can't wait until next time. Thanks again for a great time!

Beautiful Resort
The Marriott is a beautiful resort we great ammendities and beautiful views. I was however greatly disappointed in the level of customer service, i found most of the hotel staff (predominently the servers, front desk, and adventure staff) rude and unhelpful. The service at ALL restaurant establishments was unreasonably slow, while I know people are not in a rush on vacation 2 appetizers taking 40 minutes to arrive seems excessive. I found it odd they offered activities like yoga on the sundeck, but upon arriving I was told they dont actually have anyone to instruct. Overall the hotel was great but the staff could use a lesson in customer care.

5th Time at St. Thomas
Return Trip
This was my second time at the Marriott in St. Thomas. They have done some nice upgrades since the last time I was there. overall, it was a really nice place to stay with great amenities. Room we were given was a little bit of a disappointment, but we got over it quickly with all of the other things to do on the resort. All in al, I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for an upscale resort in St. Thomas.

Great Anniversary escape
Marriott standards was present. Staff was very courteous, hotel grounds very nice. Bar staff was usually overworked and service was a slow, but there were 2 Bar Mitzvahs and a Sales "Circle of Success" group at the hotel that weekend. We stayed in the Morningstar area, which was amazing, like our private cabin by the water! The Frenchman's Reef beach is probably one of the nicest on the island. Only real complaint was the food was just OK, very resort/hotel like but other than that overall great experience.

Buy lunch at the shops in the hotel, to save , then enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants. You can also buy liquor in town or one of the stores onsite for less than the bars...and keep it in your room fridge.

The island and location of hotel great!
It needs a lot of improvent in the facilities and service, but the pools and beach are nice and food was great. it better go there but not with the all inclusive!!!

great views with sucky food
The views are great throughout the hotel. If you are seeking a get away, this is truly it (only for the views). When it comes to the food, oh lord. May be it's me but when I go to an island outside of the US, I want to feel that island. I want their food, culture, heritage, etc. This was not found in or near the marriot. All menus (either on the resort or in town) featured an american menu. And the american food prepared wasn't even good. The only meal I enjoyed 100% was at havana blue. Wow! The ambiance & food were amazing. Sadly I cannot say the same for sunset grill, gladys (which is in town), or room service. Overall, the food was disgusting...way too many tourists...no island flare except for the magnificent views.

Great trip
We really enjoyed our stay at Frenchmens Reef. Check in and out was very smooth no suprises. Great room clean and great view of the ocean. Good food and the staff was helpfull when ever we needed something. Plan on returning in the future the morning breakfast buffet was great.

very nice
the hotel was very nice only one problem with the room the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and at nite i think it was a smoke detector and a fire alarm would blink so it was like you were on a jet plane. We needed earplugs to sleep.
