Reasonable Room, OK Price
Stayed at this hotel twice on my trip. First time was a better room with better services, free breakfast and internet. The second stay was the same price but no free internet or breakfast and a smaller room?? The location is a little bit outside of the city center but still crowded with people and motorbikes. Facilities are good, nice restaurants and connected to a shopping center. OK for the price paid.

Christmas Vacation
Hotel was a little out of the way from district 1 but that turned out to make it an oasis. They offer everything that you need right on site, with three different restaurants and a roof top bar with fabulous views!

We stayed in two hotels in Saigon.
We stayed in two hotels in Saigon. The Windsor was an excellent choice. My wife loves to shop- there are three levels of shops in the basement. We wanted to try Vietnamese food. We used the restaurant on the 25th Floor- what a view! The food is fantastic. Unfortunately the wine is still at Western prices but spirits and cocktails are cheap. The hotel is close to Museums and all the sights. They record the number plates of your taxis- taxis ripping you off is a common problem in Saigon. The actual room is quite large, the bathroom is great and the view from our room was also excellent. All the staff we encountered were trying to be pleasant and helpful. To get all this at a reasonable price was truly exceptional.

Great service and value
My stay at the Windsor Plaza hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. I read the great reviews and thought it was too good to be true. Special recognition goes out to [...] who works in the customer relations department of the property management group. She was very helpful with directions and tips and things to see and do while in the city.

A good 4 star hotel - it isn't
A good 4 star hotel - it isn't 5 star at all. Service was good, rooms okay - a bit dated and not exactly attractive, but okay for most purposes. Club Lounge was pretty good but not in the class of the InterContinental or Sharaton in Saigon. The food wasn't so great - bland and mass produced and my wife got food poisoning after eating the laksa at the 4th floor restaurant (which was a free for all). The location isn't the best - it is in chinatown and that makes the hotel cheaper. The areas surrounding the hotel is very noisy, crowded and dirty. The bottom three floors of the hotel are a shopping mall (not a problem as the hotel is a separate entrance). The hotel is rather old but everythng worked fine though the pool was very small and dirty and it is too far from the city for busness travellers. Not recommended for business or romance - okay for most travellers though. Would stay again if the price was a lot lower than the central city hotels.

Location of hotel is very convenient to my place of business. Staff are very well mannered and security is excellent. Good food in restaurants prices reasonable. The best part is you are always greeted with a smile at any part of the hotel and the staff can actually remember your name.

Third time staying here. Located
Third time staying here. Located next to An Dong wholesale market will be good for travelers who looking for a bargain. Surround eateries are plenty and at night there are many fruit stall lining up by the road side. The Pho 24 beef noodle shop opposite the hotel is good choice for eating. Breakfast is good and was told that by Nov they also offer choice of Dim Sum breakfast at Chinese restaurant.
