A Five Star no more
The staff, lobby, restaurants, spa, gym, and pool are truly outstanding and worthy of a 5-Star rating, especially the staff who are more than welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable and ever eager to ensure that every request is handled in a timely and more than satisfactorily manner. However, the rooms and hallways can no longer claim to a 5-Star status. The rooms are dated, the bathrooms even more so, the wireless internet is intermittent at best, and the hallways have numerous wall-markings. While I would certainly stay here and recommend the facility at the right price to co-workers and friends if I were truly looking for an overall 5-Star I would look towards the Sheraton and Park Hyatt.

Short walk from hotel
Just a five minute walk away is the famous Binh Tahnh Market offering everything from street vendor foods, clothing, art work, wood carvings, etc...You could easily spend 2 days here alone enjoying the sites, sound, smells, and thrill of bartering.

Great value for your dollar
Great hotel for your money. I would spend the small amount extra for the executive up grade. The staff at the hotel all speak great english and are well versed in western ways and expectations. Extremely accomadating if you are traveling with children. Over all a great hotel.

there is a great little french restaurant, Vietnamese owned, called Cote D'Azure which is 10 minute walk from hotel.

Upmarket hotel in amongst the liveliness of central Saigon. As expected everything was totally professional and super friendly. Location perfect, facilities excellent and service faultless.

Basically a clean and tidy hotel. Staffs are friendly. Perhaps they can improve the menu for in-room dining. I'll still consider this hotel if I do travel to Ho Chi Minh.
