Excellent in all respects
We had a club room and from arrival ( without my luggage !) they were superb. Without asking they chased the airport and it was retrieved the next day. Room was spotless with large bathroom and separate toilet. Welcomed to with strawberries in room which was nice touch. Expansive breakfast buffet

Great hotel
Amazing amenities in the room, slippers, bathrobe. Supernice bathroom with large stand alone tub--I love baths. They even had bath salts (and everything else you would want). Loved the pool and the massage. When I checked out at 3 am to catch a 5 am flight, a man came and got a taxi for me while I was checking out. A real first class hotel

Great Hotel, poor location
The rooms are great, except the noise when you open or close the doors. Due to the traffic in Ho Chi Minh it takes a while to get to the center.

Great breakfast buffet, rooftop pool, everything new
My daughter and I stayed in the Nikko Saigon for one night after flying in from San Francisco. The hotel was nice, on par with other 4-5 star large chain hotels, with all-new facilities. Service is great, the room is very comfortable, the most impressive part if the hotel is their breakfast buffet, which serves Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Western food ( soba noodles, Kim chi, pho, omelettes, salads, fruits, pastries and more). It's worth the extra money to include breakfast. Do it!
