Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We booked our whole trip Vietnam with them, and they got us some great deals. Our room had a computer in it. Very clean. Great location.

quiet corner in the center
we spent three days in Hanoi. The hotel is close to the central lake, just around the corner and surprisingly quiet once you have turned that corner. Staff helped with everything and made us feel pretty much worry-free and and at home. They helped with the booking of trips to the Halong bay and organized (e.g. dropped us off in the train!) our departure by train to Hue. The staff was fantastic. Would always stay there again.

Wir haben Cityview-Zimmer gebucht.
Wir haben Cityview-Zimmer gebucht. Der Ausbkick aus dem Fenster war weniger als 1m bis zur nächsten Hauswand. Also kein Tageslicht geschweige Ausblick. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht weiter.

ความสะอาดของโรงแรมดีมาก

ความสะอาดของโรงแรมดีมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ โอเค แต่ wifi มีปัญหาในการใช้งาน การบริการดี พนักงานยินดีช่วยเหลือในเรื่องต่างๆ สถานที่ตั้งดี อยู่ใกล้จุดจอดรถของสายการบินเวียดนามแอร์ไลน์ โรงแรมอยู่ในตรอก ซึ่งอาจจะหาได้ยากสักหน่อย แต่ที่ได้คืนมาคือความเงียบสงบในยามค่ำคืน แทบจะไม่มีเสียงมอเตอร์ไซด์มารบกวนเลย ราคาไม่แพงจนเกินไป
