Great location and awesome service
These guys are new and really trying to put themselves on the map as one of the best affordable modern hotels. They by and large succeed. Highly recommended.

Great Stay!
The location was perfect for me, right in the middle of everything. The room was clean and there was a laptop in my room so that I could check my mail. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was your basic continental but you could also get an omelet made to order. Best of all, it was at the right price! I would definitely stay again.

Great base for Hanoi and the north
The room was excellent value and the staff have been great. We booked a trip to Sapa. The hotel took us to the station, made sure we found the right carriage, and then picked us up at 4 am when we returned on Sunday morning. We left our luggage at the hotel and took only a weekend pack. In Sapa our hotel, arranged by May de Ville , was good and all apsects of our tour were excellent. When we arrived back at 4 am, we were given a room for a minimal charge instead of having to wait until check in time. We also had an overnight trip to Halong Bay arranged by our hotel. Great value throughout.

Across the street from Hotel De Ville is the 96 Restaurant. Authentic Vietnamese food, well cooked, well served in a delightful Old Quarter building.

The staff was very friendly and the contact was also very professionell when we had questions. Good breakfast and they gave us for the second night a better room without request. The Hotel is in the old Quarter and you are right in the busy streetlife when you leave the Hotel.
