This is busy Hanoi and the Vietnamese are not the most hectic of people.Allow plenty of time check out and room scrutinity.Hotel organised tour to Ha Long Bay was the best quality tour we took in Vietnam,there were alot worse.Rooms excellent standard,small but lacked nothing.Central location and helpful staff.We travelled three adults and one child(11)Buffet breakast catered well for ALL tastes.More than ample,for long day of touring.Elegance on the more pricey side but really worth it.

Great location
The staff was great. They were very helpful ESP helping us to arranging our tours around the city. I would diffidently stay there again.

8階のデラックスツイン宿泊。シャワーのドア下隙間からトイレ部分にお湯が出てしまいびちゃびちゃに。どうにかするか、バスマットを複数備え置いてほしいと思いました。 スタッフの笑顔での対応がとてもよく、同行の伯母（70代）も満足していました。
