I love the hotel and the staffs who were so helpful and friendly, always welcomed me with a big smile, room was big, clean and modem shower, breakfast was lovely. I booked Halong Bay through it's travel agency and the tour was fantastic worth the money. I would stay here gain !

great hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi !
It's a nice hotel in the Old Quater of Hanoi, nearby the lake and shopping area. Room was large and clean with modem bathroom separated with glass shower. Staff was very attentive and always willing to help. You should book the airport taxi with hotel to avoid scam taxis in Hanoi, I sent email and it was replied quickly and met their driver at the airport, everything smoothly. Nice breakfast.

good hotel,
They were very friendly and accommodating while I was just inquiring about the room availability and the rates. Receptionists were easy to deal with, and it was such a relief to find people who were able to answer my questions and help me with the little issues I had. Stayed for a week, then was able to leave luggage at the hotel (without additional pay). Definitely, Hanoi Eclipse hotel is the ideal hotel for next stay in the old quarter.

Great location, friendly staff !
I had a great experience in Hanoi, hotel is nice and clean, my room was large with big window and balcony, good air-con, nice and modem bathroom, specially the staff who were so friendly and helpful with all my questions, they arranged Halong Bay tour for me and I really enjoyed it, worth every penny, and stored our luggage during my trip with no charge, I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone !

Veldig fornøyd
Bodde bare på hotellet én natt, så har lite å utsette på dem. Beliggenheten gjorde at man kunne gå til det meste, og de i resepsjonen var ivrig til å hjelpe med taxi eller annet om det skulle være ønskelig.
