Wonderful Place To Stay
I love this hotel , it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was the best in the world, very concern and made my stay very comfortable. The restaurant very be a little better with serving different type of breakfast and not same. Overall, love it and affordable.

hotel was amazing. a little pricey, but great to have a comfortable place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the hanoi motorcycle traffic. staff was extremely helpful, hotel is located in the middle of numerous restaurants/shops/tour agencies/etc. it was nice change of scenery from the ultra-budget hostel that i stayed in while in laos.

In the city center
Hotel just in a city center - please be aware that some rooms have windows outgoing to the gym building which starts its operations at 6am and you might be awaken by loud music and gym trainer.

if ur up to Hanoi busy area - this is for you - I moved to the Crowne Plaza and paid another 29 /night-worth every penny!

Good location in the middle of the old quarter.
Very friendly staff. Small hotel with small rooms, our room had a shower out side of the bathroom, in the corner of the main room. Breakfast was included with the room, had a good variety of food.

Great refuge in a hectic city
This was the perfect place to return to at the end of the day touring. Room is well designed and quite comfortable. The hotel staff is excellent, very professional and can set up tours and travel. Overall, the hotel is very well managed, including food service, which offers a great breakfast with both western and eastern dishes.
