The Restaurant directly across the street was VERY nice and high end with Great Jazz!!

Nice Marriott in Caracas

This hotel is located in a safe area and close to a metro station (6-7 minutes walk). The recepionists are friendly and speak good English, but sometimes the information provided was not very reliable (not very surprising in Venezuela). This has a JW quality (with JW pricing if you pay in dollar).
