caracas is a very dangerous place, for tourists and venezuelans alike. no matter what. if you ask any venezuelan they suggest not to walk around after dark, in any neighborhood, as this hotel stands this applies greatly.
- this hotel is not in the
safest neighborhood, you can expect to hear the sounds of gunfire and fireworks throughout the night. and you cannot rely on the bar to be open, or to be able to walk to a nearby bar and be safe and sound.
- to sum it up this is more of a motel & not a hotel the condition of the rooms are not excellent, everything from the bedding to the bathrooms are a little dingy, but if you happen to be staying in caracas for only one night, or a very short stay you will find that this place meets a good price-point, and has reasonably good conditions for a one night stay.
the staff of the hotel are the nicest part of it, young and friendly, and if anything they deserve a good review. all though i would not want to stay there again that says nothing about the conditions that some people desire when travelling other than myself.
