Fine place to stop

We stopped here while traveling through Wyoming. It was clean and comfortable, though slightly dated decor. The staff were friendly . It took a few minutes of waiting before someone helped us at the front desk at 8pm.

Pool area needs help...

My daughter wanted to go to the pool at the hotel because it was late in the evening when we arrived. The pool was freezing (an inside pool), and the hot tub, wasnt even that hot, and only had one jet that worked... Kinda disappointing...

WOW - Expensive in the Summer but nice

Traveling through - Stopped at the hot pools. One of the kids didn't get tired of swimming - so, we went some more. The motel was clean, the people friendly, it was a great place to stay!

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

The hot pools of thermopolis are awesome! It was nice to get away from the smell and get on the outskirts close to the river and relax after the day. We enjoyed the motel. the owners were great!

The Stay was OK

The beds were really great have not slept like that for a long time in a hotel. Coffee maker did not work so that was a bad thing. The continetal breakfast was not good at all needs more to choose from and the creamer was bad should have been put on ice.

IT was nice...

We really didn't use the pool, but it seemed clean enough. Nobody mentioned it, so I found it while I was just looking around. Be sure to ask for a room far away from the ice machine, and one that dosen't have a passthough to the next room. Yes, ours was closed and locked, but we could hear all the noise from the family next door as if the thing was wide open between the two rooms. A lack of insulation??? It was hard to get anybody to respond at the front desk. We stood there for a long time both when we were checking in and out. But I had a problem with my glasses and when she showed up, the lady at the front went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me repair them.
