Days Inn Thermopolis

Where to start. The only good thing that I can say about my stay was that the room was clean and the General Manager Mary was excellent. Other than that, the water in the shower ranged from freeze you to scald you! There was no happy medium. The resturant closed before 8 the first night we stayed and then the second night took over a hour to be seated. Service was slow, the waitress was rude. We had booked a weekend water getaway and will never do that again. Waste of money!!

Locals tell me the hotel jacks up the price for the all-school reunion weekend. Staff very helpful but stairwell could use a good scrub. Excellent complimentary breakfast!

no refrigerator or microwave. sunday closed pool, spa & workout rooms at 5 p.m. so couldn't use. went down the street where spas open 'til 9 p.m. beds are placed back to back from one room to another, leading to noisy nights. positive side-great restaurant and unbeatable wildlife photography on walls, rooms very clean though towels supplied for only 2 people-we were 4. i'd stay there again but during the week.

Overall good. No microwave or fridge in room. Microwave in lobby. Breakfast fair. Mineral Hot Springs and park adjacent to hotel. Staff was friendy.

The Holiday Inn in Thermopolis had an easy check in even though it was a late night check in. The staff in the dining facilities were extremely friendly as well as helpful. As we were checking out the next morning, the cleaning staff was helpful in showing us how to navigate the halls and doors. Later the following night, I discovered that I had left a brand new robe at the Holiday Inn. I called the next day, and was told that the robe was waiting for me in house keeping. We picked it up three days later on our way back home. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and accomodating.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the hot springs. It has all of the amenities, restaurant, pool, fitness center, massage. Great for families.
