NIce room; lousy restuarant

We stayed one night while visiting Grand Teton NP ; very pleased with the room and overall facilities. Got in late and tired and had dinner in the restaurant. Lousy food, willing but untrained waiter. Bus staff removed wrong items from 4 place settings to convert to table for two. Stay there but eat elsewhere.

Wonderful getaway

We had a great time at this hotel - Very beautiful location with tons of activities. Upon check-in there was hot tea and coffee and cookies in the lobby. The pool/hot tub area was really nice. The room itself was small but cozy and comfortable. The only downside was the staff, they don't seem to communicate with each other and this led to us waiting for over 2 hours for a service request. Other than that, it was a perfect getaway!

Good value at Teton Village

The pool and Jacuzzi area was the main attraction for the kids and adults alike. Cascading waterfalls and the fire pit were a nice touch. The rooms are simple, but very clean. Rates can be pricey if you don't book ahead or last minute.

Great hotel!

This hotel is located in a great location! Amenities are wonderful, beautiful facility, great pool area and tons of activities to do, restaurants to eat at, etc! My only complaint is that when we booked online it said this hotel offered a free shuttle service to the airport. However, when we arrived we were informed the hotel does not have a shuttle at all that goes to the airport. Therefore, we had to take a taxi which was somewhat pricy. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!!

Decent if not perfect stay - family of 4 with kids under 10

We made Snake River Lodge base of operations for Grand Teton and Yellowstone visits (except for one night in the park). Teton Village is gorgeous and kids really loved it. Snake River Lodge is pretty good: Pros: location; pool (indoor and outdoor, surprisingly nice for a non-pool climate hotel); nice if inexperienced staff (see below for more); lots of outdoor fire pits and fireplaces in many rooms Cons: needs some refurbishment, not up to standards of some other hotels in Teton Village; housekeeping pretty lax; staff is mostly eastern European, non native English speakers; very stingy cancellation/change policy (requires 21 days notice); no cafe for quick bite (only buffet for breakfast) Next time I'm in Teton Village, will stay at Hotel Terra (not much more money) or Four Seasons if splurging.

We had breakfast at the Terra Cafe in Hotel Terra every day, good food, variety and value (for Teton Village).

Nice hotel, great location

Very friendly staff 'though little slow checking in. Nice pool, convenient bar at the lobby and excellent shuttle driver. Great location except right across from the stable so sometimes smell was a little strong. Overall nice place to stay. I would stay again.
