Trail's End Motel Sheridan

The motel reflects its name with it being on the outskirts of Sheridan but that didnt bother us so much as we were only there for 1 night. The room was good but just missing a hairdryer. There was an excellent restraunt and bar where the food is exceptional with the creative chef checking everything was ok. Breakfast was not included but was good and inexpensive.

Good place to say for, wouldn't have paid anymore for the room, we got what we paid for, only down fall was they didn't come make up the room for the second night, comfortable bed, thought the breakfast should have gone a little later, nice having a pet friendly place that wasn't disgusting.

The exterior of the motel reminds you of the days of route 66 and the older motels...don't let that fool you...the registration lobby, bar, and restaurant are all recently renovated and modern. The sleeping rooms were good sized with upper scale quality towels and linens; organic shampoos and lotions. A short walk takes you into the heart of downtown; the road outside the motel has been improved and the area is coming along nicely. The breakfast is home cooked and full. It was great! I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

the room and facility was very nice there are train tracks close by so the noise of a blowing train throughout the night was annoying. otherwise great place to stay.

Not a bad place for a nights stay and the price. Breakfast buffet was great. Liked having the two beds in two different rooms.

We were riding motorcycles and gave serious thought to bringing them into the room for the night. The Sketchy remodel crew is living in the rooms complete with wives, kids and dogs. Definitely an interesting experience.

[...] I really enjoyed my stay, the bed was comfy, it was pretty inside (country style)...they had a little saloon/bar attached to the office that they were doing Karaoke at when we got there around 11pm but once I got in my room I didn't hear a thing. I honestly was a little worried when I pulled up but left that morning after a GREAT breakfast...I felt really good about my stay. BTW - totally worth the buffet, they had fresh waffles, warm fresh cinnamon rolls, juices, cereal, milk, sweet tea, bagels, toast, eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, ham, etc. I would stay there again if I ever passed through!

#1 At check-in there was no record of PRE-PAID reservation. #2 Finally Front Desk Clerk gave us a room located in back building, had to get ice from restaurant and poor parking poorly lit. #3 No discount from Rack Rate, in fact a group on business had a rate $40 plus less. #4 I travel all over Calif and have never paid $90 for a room of such poor accomadations.

After going through 3 rooms to try and find a clean non smelly room we finally settled in for the night. The room was filthy and had not been dusted in what looked like a year. The rooms did not have curtains, only window shades that you could see through at night and no carpeting on the floors. Very unhappy with the overall stay. The beds however where comfortable.
