Motel 6 Sheridan

Great rate, nice room. Motel was better than expected. Pool was a little bit cold?

the smell of smoke was offending in the halls and once you opened the door to the room it knocked you down so strong Even with a CPAP the next morning had a splitting headache from from the smoke smell in the room I had been driving 16 hrs so could not go any more but in the future will make sure not to stay here when I went to motel 6 headquarters to file a complaint they wanted 25.00 to file the complaint seems they dont want to hear what customers have to say about there motels but Motel6 is off my list

For what we paid it was alright but I do think the motel needs to provide a continental breakfast( almost ALL motels provide that now) and the basics in the rooms as far as shampoo,conditioner and diry laundry bags! I could not believe they were selling shampoo yes the little tiny bottles out of the vending machine for 2.00!!! I have stayed in many motels at equal price or less that has always offered these to guests! I probably wont stay in this motel again would rather pay a little extra for a more comfortable stay! To add to the comment of continental breakfast there was NO restaurant even close or that would have been different!

I called in the evening to say that I would be delayed one day but would be there the second day of a 3 day reservation. I was told that it was too late to cancel for that night and I would be charged because my I had passed the cancellation deadline and my payment was guaranteed. When I showed up the next evening I was told that they were sold out and I had no room. They said my credit card was declined. I had purchased over a hundred dollars worth of gas travelling there and the same card paid for the replacement room that night. They made no effort to contact me and resolve the problem although I supplied a phone number. Very poor business ethics.

The hotel was clean and basic. Nothing fancy, but good enough when looking for a place to rest your head.

We only stayed overnight and arrived too late to use the indoor pool, but the room was comfortable and quiet. TV was a bit small and there was no shampoo, lotion, etc., provided. The staff was very friendly, and the facility, overall, was very clean and well-maintained. So, all in all, for the very affordable price and convenient location to I-90 exit, it was well worth it. We'll definitely stay there again if we pass through the area.

Hotel is easy to find just off the interstate. It was very quiet. I like the room design with the triangular bath room. I it makes the room seem large and open.
