Business travelers rejoice at Sheridan convention center hotel
As the largest hotel convention center in northeast Wyoming, the Holiday Inn Sheridan-Convention Center is a great choice for business or pleasure. Located just off of Interstate 90, the hotel is close to the airport, hospital, college, local businesses, and a plethora of recreation. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool and whirlpool, a sauna and a fitness center. Not worth the expense
This was the worst Holiday Inn we ever stayed in. We stayed one night and when we entered our room, we could smell the stench of cigarette smoke in the room. The bed was uncomfortable and made for a restless sleep. We invited our mother and sister for dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was a horrible evening. The receptionist was also our waitress and neglected to get our drink order or water for about 15 minutes. My wife finally decided to pour us all water and we waited for the waitress to return. Each time she was unsure of a selection, she left to speak with someone returning several times to try and get our order. The entrées arrived before our salads did. The drink order was not taken until after our meal arrived. I did not receive my French Fries with my burger until after the check arrived. We never received refills on our drinks and my wife had to go to the bar to get a cocktail. We spent three hours dining and it was just a horrible experience. We will never stay at that holiday inn ever again.

Do not eat at their restaurant. The service is horrendous. The food was delicious, but again, the service was horrendous. Not worth the money or aggravation.
