Will not stay there again.

The amenities were all there. Just very old and they need to go through each room and fix everything in it. Wallpaper was coming off and the bowl of the toilet had not seen a brush for a long, long time.

Good overall hotel

I was there on business and working nights. So a good gauge for me is when the place respects the Do Not Disturb sign and don't have extraordinary noise in the halls, etc. The staff at this hotel were all very friendly, and they did not bother me when sleeping during the days. The rest of the accomodations were good. There is a well kept pool. The free breakfast is hearty (geared toward the working Wyoming crowd, with eggs, bacon, sausage, breads - no fruits, etc.). I have used this hotel a few times, and will continue to do so.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

There is a wonderful little Dinosaur museum at the Western Wyoming College, just up the hill from the hotel. It is well done and can provide an hour or two of distraction.

Couldn't ask for better

It was great. The check-in clerk said her daughter had been married there 10 years ago. There were a few things that showed it was 10 years old, but it was very well maintained and quite beautiful. My room was spotless and quite spacious -- everything worked! The complimentary breakfast was at least as good as any I've had in a hotel. Definitely would stay there again.

Great for the family

It was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, but I did not spend much time in there. The pool was cooler than I like, but my daughter and husband enjoyed it. It's not a first class hotel, but I did not want to pay first class prices. I feel that we got a very good rate for the services and comfort we received. Everyone was very friendly and breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

A good choice for a low-price room

This hotel has a good location for someone traveling through the area--right off the interstate. It was quiet and comfortable. There is nothing fancy about it, but it was clean and comfortable and served my need for a low-priced, comfortable room for a quick overnight stay.

Okay if you don't mind the a/c unit

Though the price was good, and the front desk friendly, the a/c unit was a problem that would keep me away from staying there again. It would not allow you to just turn it on. All you could do was set the thermostat and it would turn itself on and off. Even at the lowest setting, it would go on and off throughout the night, keeping me up. I like having the fan going all the time to get fresh air and to drown out noise. I needed it to drown out the 3:30 a.m. activity in the hall. The common area lighting was extremely dim and depressing. Breakfast was pretty good. I stayed on my way to my daughter's youth soccer tournament.

Not near as bad as expected.

We expected much worse thanks to previous reviews. Hotel was close to highway and gas. We arrived late and left early so it was perfect for what we needed (Sleep). The free breakfast wasn't half bad either!
