Nice property with great views

The location is fantastic: overlooking Jackson Lake. The food and service at the restaurants are both good, and compared to the restaurants at nearby Yellowstone National Park, fantastic. The room was large and decent, but nothing fancy. The theme is rustic and Western. A much better choice to stay than the Xanterra operated properties in Yellowstone.

Stay 9/17/09 thru 9/19/09

Stay at the lodge was just great except for the meal in the Mural Room. A beautiful place and great location for site seeing the Tetons and close to Jackson Hole. Get up early or enjoy the beautiful sunset and wildlife viewing from the front of hotel it was just great. Bring you field glasses it was spectacular. If you want a room with a view need to book at lease 3 months advance would be worth the expense. Will stay again but probaly eat dinner elsewere. Some activities are closed for the season at this time of year.

Natural wonder

Just sitting in the main lobby and staring at the glorious Tetons made it all worthwhile. The room was very clean and nice, and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was that the food was dull and expensive. Excellant location for seeing the park.

Absolutely perfect!!

Pleasant surprise!!! We really didn't expect our room to be as clean or comfortable as it was. We were able to get out and do everything we wanted to do-fish,horseback riding etc- and then crash in areally comfortable bed in such a peaceful setting. No noise or trash!! Couldn't ask for more.
