We stayed at the Ramada in Laramie over Frontier Days because Cheyenne Hotels were 200 plus dollars no matter where you stayed. The Hotel had a decent sports bar, with flat screens and 2 pool tables. It had a decent pool, but their hot tub was
out of order. The hotel was decent for the price, it could definetely use a lot of updating, it seems like it hasn't changed since it was built in the 1960's. Otherwise not to bad, just old!

Short drive from hotel
We ate at a Steak House in Laramie called Altitudes, It was very good, and I recommend it to anyone traveling through Laramie!
There were a few ants on the floor and a spider nest in one corner. It felt like it wasn't a very used room. I was unable to place a long distance call even when I used the code and when I called the front desk the phone itself hung me up and the
front desk never called back.
The appearance looked like a very old motel that someone was trying to pass off as "newly remolded". The room was very disappointing. The carpet did look new but the mirror in the bath area was torn off off the wall, painted over and a very small
mirror put in its place. There were still holes in the wall, they did not even try to fix them. It was probably the worst motel that I have ever stayed in. The pictures on CheapTickest were very mis-leading.
