Cozy, romantic and a great value

Lovely property with comfortable, cozy, fireplace "cabins"...super breakfast buffet, friendly service. Romantic wine bar. Nice gym. A great place to relax and unwind if your destination is Jackson Hole, or, as with us, a visit on the great National Park road trip. Thanks Rustic Inn. We'll be back if we pass this way again. Quality and comfort

The Rustic Inn was 8 minutes from the airport and Grande Teton N.P. It's at the entrance to Jackson from these 2 locations, so it was a breeze to get there after flying in. It was a few minute drive to restaurants. They have a free laundry room, the rooms were well laid out---small dining area, microwave and small refrigerator, comfortable beds, thick and crisp sheets and a down quilt and pillows, and a large relaxing leather chair with ottoman. It was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We were in a 4-plex cabin upstairs---it was very quiet. If you're hoping for a rustic, woodsy room (in an urban setting) this is it.

"Fantastic accomodations and location"

This was a perfect stay for our "first vacation" without kids (they are 27 and 24)! Service, location, and accomodations were first rate. We enjoyed the Snake River, Jackson Hole downtown, and restaurants all within walking distance. Also, we enjoyed the beauty and features of Jenny Lake, Teton Mountains, and Yellowstone National Park, all within driving distance. We flew into Jackson Hole Airport (ten minutes from the resort) and rented a car.

The Rustic Inn - WOW!

A wonderful place. We were immediately upgraded to a Creekside Cabin from a Creekview Cabin upon arrival. We requested wine glasses for cabin and the response was "white or red glasses, sir?" That's very cool! The location of our cabin was wonderful, #223 (We had heard that some of the Creekside Cabins overlooked a unsightly trailer park. That is absolutely correct. #223 - #230 overlook a beautiful creek and hillside.) Rooms were wonderful! Breakfast was wonderful! However, staff did mess up our dinner reservations...twice. They also need to at least smile! At thoses prices a little more class & effort is expected.

Don't miss the Snake River Grill. It is incredible! A bit loud but the food & service is simply impeccable! Make sure to get the Eskimo Pie desert. You won't be sorry!

Great, private getaway

This was a great, private little place to stay. We were there celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary so the privacy was awesome. The staff was good and the breakfast each morning was top notch. The only complaint I had was that we didn't get consistent replacement of towels and toiletries in our bathroom and the bathroom walls and door needed cleaning. Nick the bartender our first night was great to talk with and provided great service.

Rustic but nice!

This was a very nice hotel. We stayed there as a family as we vacationed in JH. The breakfast buffet was amazing, probably the best we have ever had. The rooms are well appointed, and if you can afford it, the individual cabins are better then the motel style attached cabins. If you get a good price, then this is a good deal... if it is higher priced, you may want to compare and shop around to find a bit better deal.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

They offer a shuttle into downtown, so that is very helpful, since there is little parking in JH.
