Great room, Great Free Breakfast. Great everything!
This place made my Jackson Hole trip even more special. It had the traditional lodge look but the facilities were super modern. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Mattress and bedding were like 5 star hotel. Each room had a small safe, flat screen TV and modern coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. There was their own bar right by the lobby, nice Gym, Hot Tub by the wonderful Pool. oh! Free WiFi, too!!! Staffs were super friendly. Their Free Breakfast was something to remember. It was nothing like one of those "Continental Breakfast" at the other places.Top quality breakfast was prepared fresh every morning and the presentation was just wonderful. The Inn was located very close to Jackson Hole Visitor Center and all other nice restaurants, bars & shops. All in walking distance. The only complain was that the wall between rooms were thin. I could hear my neighbors talking. I even heard a guy snoring at night. But...maybe I had a little louder neighbor. Everything else good could easily cover this minor complain.

Lovely Hotel
Staff were excellent, we were upgraded to a superior room whch was of log cabin effect. The room and facilities in the room were excellent, our coffee maker was broken and they came straightaway and changed it. A full breakfast was included. It was a 10 min walk into the centre of the town with lots of shops, places to eat.

Nice Place
The room (an upgrade as we arrived late). Large facility and need to have good legs or take advantage of their transport. The Inn is not as close to downtown Jackson as their website implies. They do provide "free" transportation downtown and back (you call for service back). I found it quite nice but a bit over priced but everything is over priced in Jackson.

Great location
We enjoyed staying at the Rustic Inn as it was close to town and we could walk to nearly everything in the town. The staff was friendly and helpful. We plan on going back and staying there again.

Not 4 star
I stayed at 4 hotels during my trip to Jackson and the surrounding area and this hotel was the worst. It definitely did not live up to the 4 star rating. The room was very small (you could barely get around the beds), the bathroom was extremely small and you could only fit one person, and the "closet" was just a hanging drapery, it didn't even have a door. For the price of this place and lack of amenities, I would definitely not recommend this hotel. If you want a very nice hotel with an excellent location in Jackson that is comparable in price, I would recommend the Wort Hotel.

Superior queen room the only way to go
Our first two nights were spent in what is called a deluxe queen room with a fireplace which was a tiny cramped room with no fireplace. The only mirror was in the bathroom which caused a lot of delay since four people were sharing this room. We were quite apprehensive when we returned to the property after spending several days in Yellowstone to stay in a superior queen room. This room was definitely better since it was a small log cabin with a wonderful front porch. The mirror problem still was not solved due to the rather unusual bathroom setup, but on the whole this room was quite nice. The breakfast was fantastic, and the courtesy transportation proved to be very useful.

Not Applicable
The room has a microwave and fridge which is handy for sandwiches and some meals since most entrees at local restraurants are above $25.

lovely, comfortable, room
The beds were comfortable....and the hotel was at a convenient location in Jackson. The continental breakfast was a plus, but didn't get up early enough to enjoy it! Would certainly recommend this hotel to a friend. The decor was nice, not "over the top" western like so many hotels.

Not the Greatest Room
I believe when you book online through wholesalers you are given the "not so nice" rooms as far as location. The beds and linens were very comfortable, however the room was small, no tables on either side of the two queen beds to put things. We had a CPAP machine we had to sit on a luggage rack and run the cord to the far side of the room. Also there was no remote for the TV in our room when we arrived and we had to ask twice to get one. The bathroom vanity was small, luckily it was just two of us. The walls were thin as mentioned in another review and when a door closes in a nearby unit it shakes the building. The view was parking lot and building next to you (not so nice). The staff were great and the breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Perfect Stay
We arrived early and were allowed to go our room. The staff were excellent, they were even willing to mail our postcards. I 've never had a better breakfast and not just oneday but everyday. The homemade granola was a wonderful treat each morning. I even bought some to bring home.Jackson Hole was a charming tourist town.My great nephew enjoyed seeing the moose, bison and elk while we were visiting Yellowstone. We arrived at the park just in time to see old faithful perform. We also enjoyed the covered wagon cookout, esp. when the indians attacked. The most relaxing was the scenic float down the snake river.
