Super? Not so much.

1). We were given a room that had not been remotely cleaned...trash everywhere towels all over the bathroom floor...new room ... given. 2). The advertised "queen" beds are actually double beds. 3). When I showed up 3 minutes early for breakfast the front desk lady snapped, "I'm not ready...come back later!!!"

We went to a local benefit and checked out the Cowboy Bar. Had a great time. Beds were comfortable, just the noise from the ... above room was not good. Floors squeaky.

The price was OK when compared to other Hotels in the area. The rooms were better than expected. Beds were very ... comfortable. The worst thing about the stay was the carpet in the stairways was very dirty and the floors squeaked. Overall an OK stay for the night and price.

This hotel was listed on Orbitz as a 4 star property. When we arrived, we found it to be, at best, a 2 star. What a ... disappointment. I called Orbitz and asked to cancel and have my credit card credited. I certainly hope that this happens. I was told that the hotel tells Orbitz what the rating is and they lied. You need to fix that rating on your site so that others are not disappointed. This was a very bad experience for us and really makes us wonder if Orbitz can be trusted in the future.

Make Sure You're On the 2nd Floor!

This hotel is OK, but with one caveat ... make sure you're on the 2nd floor. The floor in the room above us was extremely ... squeaky and we were kept awake both nights of our stay by people walking around into the wee hours.

I stayed at the Snow King in addition to the Super 8 Motel during my stay. In comparison to the service to the Snow King ... Resort, they had far better customer service who communicated well. At the Snow King, the woman at the gift shop sourly corrected my English (even though she had obviously been from another country judging from her accent). When asking if there were a dryer or change machine in the laundry room, she glared at me and said, "I don't know." The Snow King Lodge does, however, have an extensive shuttle service to anywhere you want to go

This motel is situated very close to the downtown area. Easy drive to the downtown. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. ... The breakfast area is much too small to accommodate the patrons.

The Super 8 in Jackson was a great bargain. I was on a tight budget for this trip and they came through with flying colors. ... We had a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, iron/ ironing board and cable TV in our room. The housekeeping staff was the greatest. Our room was very clean. It was located 5 stop lights from the center of town. So we were close but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of town. This hotel proves that you don't have to spend a fortune for a nice place to sleep. They offer breakfast but we didn't try it. Every evening they pop popcorn in the lobby in a big machine. It smelled wonderful but again, we didn't try it. If I get the chance to go back I would definitely stay there again.

The Teton Steakhouse is just a couple blocks from the town square and was a wonderful surprise. Good food at a reasonable price served by very friendly people. What more could you ask for?

Super 8 is not super or even acceptable

We have stayed at Super 8's in the past and have come to expect, not luxury accommodations, but a reasonable stay. From the ... time we walked into the lobby we were disappointed. The clerk acted as if we were bothering him and was borderline rude. The upkeep of the building was attrocious. It seemed like a low budget urban motel. The bed was very uncomfortable and at one point my wife fell out of bed because of the condition of the mattress( there was a ridge in the middle and lower sides). There were several groups of bikers that kept us awake at all hours of the night. When we return to the area we will definitely not be choosing the Super 8, since it was everything but Super.

We stayed in room 301. The hotel has NO elevator so you have to drag your suitcases, etc. up the stairs and back down! Our ... room SMELLED TERRIBLE! I had bedbug bites on my legs! We only stayed one night and it was the worst hotel stay of my life. DO NOT stay at this hotel! It was an awful experience!
