disappointing
Your website described "luxury condo" accomodations at Love Ridge Lodges. We were given a two bedroom condo in an older section of this resort. Neither bathroooms nor kitchen were updated, the furniture was cheap and the linens were well worn. The setting of this resort is beautiful but the lodging was not worth the "luxury condo" rates.

Somewhat confusing to find. The Snow King main office manages the Love Ridge Resort Lodges. Did not know that but checked in at the Main Lobby. The condo not attached to the main hotels. The condo was awsome, all household appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Large wooden dining room table, large seperate shower and jacussi. Heated bathroom, balcony with table and chairs. Nice view of the Tetons. Car garage with designated parking space. Good value. Would go back again.

Great Experience at Love Ridge!
I have been skiing "Out West" with the same group of women for the past 20+ years. Over the years we have stayed at a variety of rental condos, and the Love Ridge condos go down as one of our nicest venues! As advertised, the units were spacious, updated and well-appointed. We received vouchers for free transportation to Jackson Hole ski area and throughout the town, so we didn't rent a car. It was a 7 block walk to the JH town square, but we really didn't mind. A very nice place to stay!

Great place
The condo was fantastic, with a great view. The unit had an elevator which I was able to get since I am handicapped. If you have trouble with stairs, only rent if you can get the unit with the elevator. We did not use the Snow King resort much, but the alpine slide and chair lift were nice. Pool was small but good for kids;we did not end up using it. Easy twenty minute walk to downtown and there is a free bus that drops you downtown. If you need to be in Tetons early, consider Jackson Lake Lodge in the park. We would usually get started later in the day. We did rodeo and horseback riding and swam in String Lake in the Tetons. Food in town just so-so for families;enjoyed the Merry Piglets Mexican restaurant. ne tip: have Snow King pick you up from the airport and then rent a car in town from Dollar the next day. That will save you money. Dollar

Love Ridge Condo
We booked (5 weeks in advance) a two bedroom/full kitchen condo at Love Ridge which looked lovely on the website. When we checked in, they put us a dated 70's townhouse in another section of the hotel with a view of some powerlines. When I complained, they said they were fully booked at Love Ridge but finally found us a one bedroom with no kitchen (we are two adults and two teenagers)in Love Ridge. They said we could have it for the first 2 nights (of a 5 night reservation) and I would have to come back later to figure out where they would put us for the last 3 nights. The next day, after much confusion (and insistence that we should get what we booked and pre-paid for)they found us a very nice 3 bedroom condo in Love Ridge for the last 3 nights. When I asked what they were going to do to compensate us for 2 nights in a much smaller room and making us pack up and move half way thru the trip, we were told to speak to the manager who was not going to be at the hotel until Sunday (this was Friday). How can a hotel not have a manager working the weekend? The front desk staff seemed stressed and impatient. I'm sure they are jaded because it seemed like there was constant confusion at the front desk over room assignments and deactivated keys, etc. I had originally tried to book directly through the hotel but they told me to use [...]since I was staying 5 nights. If you can get what you paid for, the condos at Love Ridge really are lovely, but beware that many don't have the amazing views shown in the pictures.

Great Extended Stay!!!
Would reccommend and plan to go back. Condo was great. A small home away from home. From stove, to full size fridge, to all the dishes you need for cooking. Also, a washer and dryer in your own condo, great for a 5 day stay! This hotel/town/Teton were the favorite part of our 9 day trip! Cant reccommend more highly!

Nice Place, Poor Maid Service
This is a really nice new place with many amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was the place was not cleaned very well. Upon arriving, I noticed the stairs weren't vacuumed well, nor were the kitchen counters clean. There was a large noticeable sugary deposit on them. On the second day, I went to load the dishwasher, and it was still full with clean dishes from another guest. This should have been emptied prior to our arrival. By far I am not a clean freak, but do expect not to see very noticeable problems. I did however enjoy that they gave us a 3 BDR Condo instead of a 2 BDR. Overall this is a really nice place, but some supervision of the maid service is in order.

outstanding hotel
An amazing place. Hands down the best place I have ever stayed. My wife and I had an amazing view of the tetons, the National Elk Refuge, and most of Jackson Hole. It was quiet, peaceful and a relaxing place to stay. The staff was increadably helpful. Our GPS took us to the wrong place but the staff stayed on the phone with us until we got to the lobby to check in. Extremly gratful after a 12 hour journey from home to the hotel.
